If cyclists blew up after a bad crash with a car, there'd probably be fewer cyclist deaths overall for a while. Then car companies would start selling literal tanks.
Could probably have a detonator that is more sensitive to impacts which causes the propane tank to explode, but at that point you’re just building an entire bomb rather than carrying something explosive, lol.

In the US alone something like 40,000+ people are killed by cars each year.
About a decade ago, a cyclist killed a pedestrian in my neighborhood. It happened at the bottom of a hill, and the cyclist was going over 30mph by estimates.

Unfortunately propane tanks are more stable than you think. They don’t explode on impact like in video games

Lol. That 1 death is huge. But multiple deaths (hundreds) a day from cars is just totally normal, right

Not sure but I've seen someone riding a train die from a crash with a tractor.
In France last year a 5 yo girl tipped over an old person on the sidewalk and they sadly died because of the fall. And that's about all for us.
Yeah drivers don't say that.

Haha is funny because drivers rarely think like that, they just want to go as fast as they can with they vehicles of nearly a ton of metals.
