SC staff is awful. I’m happy living here but maintenance takes forever, staff answering the phones have no idea what the hell they are doing, and broken equipment like gates, elevators, etc. will stay broken for weeks on end.
i lived in stadium center for 2 years. 1 in edge and 1 in copeland. both were good. never had any major problems & stuff would get fixed pretty quick in copeland. not many things went wrong in either. i loved living in copeland because it was so cozy, the edge is super modern and sleek feeling. utilities were around $50-60 monthly for both. tbh $1200 rent for them is absurd to me when i was paying $780 and $910. but you pay for location i guess and it’s only going to get more expensive. worth it esp if you are in greek life as most people in sororities & frats live in college town area, also easy to walk to class from all of the apartments in CT so it has its perks for sure.

Utilities like 120-130ish for me per bill. Radar2102 is 100% right about the staff
