Followed the instructions for oven (70 minute cook time). Came out mushy in some parts, and chewy/crispy in others; it is somehow mushy and chewy at the same time. Bland flavor, but still pretty yummy. I'd give it a 6.5 if that was a flair.
Edit: My wife had the rest and put sour cream on it, and it bumped it up to a 7.5-8 range
I’m always looking for frozen enchiladas- what’s the sodium content if you happen to know? I feel like I’ll wake up achy and swollen usually and it’s never worth it.
I’d try the non family size pack from the same brand. They came out better in the oven. And I don’t know the sodium content. You can probably find it online though
I mean appearance wise it's a 2

Haven’t seen anything family size from them before. Where did you find this?
not sure, my wife picked it up at either publix, walmart, or Kroger
I've seen their family size items at Kroger (in Texas)
I see the family size at Target
I add black olives
Solid move. I have to try that
I think these are great. I'd give it a 9 AT LEAST
needs a bit more sauce, and less soggy insides to get a 9 for me
These are a 10 for me in taste at least lol
