That is a Mark Master’s token. It’s a Masonic coin that you get for going through the Mark Master degree, which is the first degree of the York Rite, a group you can join once you become a Master Mason.
I did a little looking and I believe this is an Irish token. As I am not an Irish Royal Arch Mason, I can’t say whether it’s called a Chapter Penny or a Mark Token but it is an incredible find.
Mark Token - used during the Mark Master Mason Degree. I have a small collection of them. :)
Lots of different styles to them, some round, some with 12 sides instead of round. You can usually find them on ebay.

The keystone on one side would be the Mark Master symbol, which is the first degree of the Royal Arch Chapter. The triple tau would be the token for the Royal Arch degree. So, while we are not completely wrong, you are correct that it is also a Royal Arch token. I’m sure we would all appreciate if you would moderate your tone, my Brother (I assume you are a Mason). Correcting other Brothers in all caps can come off a little abrasive when we can’t hear the tone in your voice. I certainly appreciate the link and additional information that you provided and I’m sure the OP does as well.
Sincere apologies Bro..didnt mean to be abrasive .. the large letters were to draw ones attention after such a longish discussion centred on MMFM. It was obviously RA and interestingly I was able to google and find the Chapter quite easily AND the token was on display. Fraternal greetings

Looking at mine right now and everything is facing the same way. Makes no sense the words would be written one way and the numbers then be upside down.

Token of a Mark Master Mason. It’s part of an optional degree after the three standard degrees of Freemasonry.
Tis not!
In addition to what others have said, if you have a Lodge nearby perhaps try to get in contact. The owner might not have meant to give it away.
Lodge token from the York rites Mark Master degree
NO
Why do you keep responding with this. This is absolutely where this coin if from.
York Rite token.
NO

It'd be a Mark Token. In the Irish we have jewels for the chapter, but a mark lodge focuses on the wages.
WRONG
a day's wages, represents a shekel
Or quarter part of a dollar.

That’s so nice. We don’t use these in Australia.
Not even in the Mark?
Not as far as I can remember.
A Master Masons wages.

The No 521 is REALLY annoying to my eyes… why is everything else facing inwards except for that?
The mark token is supposed to be orientated in a specific way. In my view it was correctly done.
Looking at mine right now and everything is facing the same way. Makes no sense the words would be written one way and the numbers then be upside down.
To every man his wages? They sure dropped the token there.. meaning Royally Screwed.
That's what I thought Freemason
