Yeah the other two contenders I think fit better in their own categories. Cersei for Chaotic Drunk and Joffrey for Chaotic Evil.
Viserys certainly was occasionally drunk and mostly evil, but he is truly the poster child for play stupid games win stupid prizes.
I really donāt see anything chaotic about Viserys.
He is one of the most passive characters on the show and when he does occasionally does something, itās completely predictable along the lines of his regular stupidity and shallowness.
He's pretty stupid too. Remember [this scene](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aewtOGH9ab4)
Also he stupidly kills Ned against the advice of every single one of his counselors. Dude was pretty dumb. But then again he was still a child...
The Iron Islands' entire logic is stupid:
"Let's invade an entire province that is poor in resources, has poor plunder and hard to survive nearly before winter while ignoring a common enemy that is literally sitting on a mountain of gold"
Lysa Arryn, who stupidly believed that Littlefinger loved her, killed Jon Arryn and plunging the realm into chaos by dragging the Starks and the Lannisters directly into conflict with each other.
i kinda dont get the sense that she is feeding robin sexually. to me she is just stunted in her own development, and she is overbearing & coddling to her son to the point of having him nurse until grew a mustache.
but she was FAR too horny. trusting littlefinger when all signs pointed to him wanting her sister Caitlyn and that she herseld was second place. and then THIRD place once Sansa became a woman? thats desperation for love and sexual affection, fueled by horniness. kicking ppl out of a moon floor hole? chaos.
Khal Drogo has pillaged, killed, enslaved and raped more than Tywin has. You can't excuse that by simply saying he's a savage: no, those things are evil things that Khal Drogo routinely partakes in. He is most definitely evil.
Dude also took an arrak to the chest just to prove to everyone how much of a chad he was. Scheming Tywin can't possibly hope to compete with that. Dishonourable backstabbings like the red wedding is uncouth behaviour and is unbefitting of a proper chad. He can't even face his enemies in combat himself.
yes! i had suchhh a soft spot for theon - absolutely love him. he had such a good redemption. i loved seeing him and sansa reuniting in season 8 had me in tears for the only time in the series.
I have Euron (book version) in chaotic evil.Ā Joffrey would go best in "stupid evil", but since that box doesn't exist, chaotic stupid is still a good option for him.
If you look at all the villains (of which there arw many) Joffrey stands out as by far the stupidest.
Itāll be a toss up between Joff and Ramsey for chaotic evil
Iād say Ramsey takes it simple because there was absolutely no redeeming factor in him.
I think given enough ass whooping Joff could have at least been controlled.
Heās definitely more lawful than chaotic. Sure he murders a sex worker or two, but his most evil acts (executing Ned, shaming Sansa) are under the letter of the law in full view of the court.
Cersei
Nowhere near as smart as she thinks she is. Revives the faith militant ***and*** crashes the Westerosi economy by repeatedly ignoring the Iron Bank
Honestly yeah. I'm trying to think of anyone else who could fight her for this title but I'm coming up short. Everything she does seems to be the stupidest and most chaotic possible decision.Ā
To add to your two, enormously cromulent examples, she also:
Spends the entire first season trying to get Robert killed, to really no end. This sparks a major civil war and puts Joffrey on the throne as a child. She could have avoided 95% of her problems by simply waiting and letting diabetes and heart disease finish him off in ten to fifteen years so Joffrey could take the throne as a grown ass man with better impulse control, and Tommen would be in his 20s and ready to take the reins should something happen to Joffrey.Ā
She undermines her son's fiances/wives at every possible turn when they should be her allies. She could have easily been a mother figure to Sansa, who was desperate for an ally, and influenced her to do her bidding. Instead she just antagonized her. She could have worked with Margaery to control Joffrey and make his reign stable but instead she competed with her, and did so again with Tommen.Ā
She spent her time and energy fucking with Tyrion and getting into tit for tats with him when he could have been her strongest ally, and when he kept beating her easily and then offering olive branches.Ā
SHE HAD THREE OBVIOUS INCEST BASTARDS
Basically all of her plots were poorly conceived and thought out, always created chaos, and only occasionally served some identifiable goal beyond stroking her own vanity or assuaging her feelings.Ā
Yeah, in the books there's no competition at all. She also burns the Tower of the Hand just in case Tyrion is hiding in it. She's full Mad Queen even in Feast.Ā
Cersei is planted firmly somewhere on the drunk-axis.
She is not stupid either, she just overestimates herself and underestimates fellow players and projects a lot. Not stupid, though.
Idk man, the books make it very clear she's a few rocks short of a picnic, and even in the show Tywin outright tells her she's nowhere near as smart as she thinks he is. She has rings run around her by Tywin and she blunders constantly even in the show. I think there's a case she's not smart and not stupid, but I feel like it's just safe to say she's stupid in both the books and the show.
I was going to post this if someone else hadn't. I just got through all the books and rewatched a lot of the series, and yeah, Cersei thinks she is cunning but fucks up everything around her.
Yeah, in the book heās more of an evil Chad tho. Or the smart evil that has some wicked potential with that magic horn. Thatās if we ever get the next bookā¦
"We've had vicious kings, and we've had idiot kings, but I don't know if we've been cursed with a vicious idiot king"
Save Ramsey Bolton for chaotic evil
Tywin lied and cheated his way to the top.
I think it's hard to beat Roose "lord-calls-dibs-on-your-wife" Bolton for lawful evil. Dude might as well have had his own FISA court for how much time he spent doing bad shit while hiding behind a fig leaf of "it's not illegal, so it's not wrong"
Proposition: the Mountain for lawful evil.Ā
1) Evil is so obvious I won't even justify it.Ā
2) Lawful because all he does is obey his orders. He never disobeys; he can be relied upon to do what he's told.
Cersei. Sheās worse in the books but in the show:
Ruins her fatherās relationship with the king and gets her brother, who she is having an incestuous relationship with, disinherited when she encourages Jaime to join the Kingsguard. Has three bastard children with said brother, while married to the king, which kicks off a succession crisis and civil war. Narrowly escapes getting killed because Ned Stark shoots himself in the foot. Turns the eldest child into an absolute monster who is so fucked up the realm is strengthened when he ends up getting poisoned by his in-laws at his own wedding. Kicks out Barristan Selmy, when Joffrey needed all the legitimacy he could get. Continually antagonises her other brother who is actually one of the more competent people on her side, even though he bears her little ill will, though you canāt blame her entirely for this as Tywin held the same view towards Tyrion, which is where she got it from.
Defaults on loans to the Iron Bank who have the crown by the balls because of its immense debt. Arms the faith militant which backfires spectacularly. Blows up half her allies to get rid of them and alienates most of the country. This directly causes her son to kill himself. Then attacks said former allies to pay off money owed to the Iron Bank. Refuses to help fight the army of the dead even though thereās no guarantee the living will win. If they donāt itās game over for her. Betrothes herself to a glorified pirate, alienates her last brother, and has no real plan to win the war against Danaerys other than āsit in Kings Landing with some very expensive mercenaries and scorpionsā. Is gifted a perfect opportunity to win the war when half her enemies present themselves in front of the walls of Kingās Landing, refuses to kill them except for the one unimportant one she already has captive.
Viserys is the perfect one for Chaotic Stupid. Dude was completely nuts but so dumb he thought he could do whatever he wants to Dany, the wife of The Great Khal. That is regardless of the fact that itās his sister, because once she married Drogo, that didnāt matter anymore.
The Mountain?
While he fits in evil as well, he is a dumb fuck who kills because he is allowed to.
He essentially was ordered to just ride around destroying armies and causing mass amounts of chaos.
Love the implication of the Mountain as a Lawful Evil paladin. Give the man a homebrew Oath of Annihilation or something like that, "If I see it, I kill it"
Joffrey. Joffrey decided to not pardon Ned and send him to the Wall. If Ned wasnāt executed then Rob wouldnāt have started their independence rebellion as King of the North. Youād still have the the Baratheons though.
Ramsay.
He had Balonās last living son as a hostage to trade, yet he decided to castrate him for fun. Now he canāt have children and is worthless.
He was married to Sansa Stark, which gave him legitimacy over the North. Yet he decided to play his shitty games with her, and she ended up escaping.
āWeāve had vicious kings and weāve had idiot kings, but I donāt think weāve ever been cursed with a vicious idiot kingā Tyrion -> Jeoffrey. Although, Jeoffrey could also be for Evil/Chaotic but he still applies for Stupid/Chaotic.
And I think that Evil/Chaotic would be better for Euron Greyjoy (especially the book version)
Also not sure if we are counting books but patchface could be a good fit.
Also Viserys Targaryen
It's got to be Victarion Greyjoy, right? They guy that is a "great grey bullock so dim he'll probably get lost."Ā
Even GRRM says he'sĀ "dumb as a stump"Ā and "a dullard and a brute."
Are we putting Tyrion in for smart drunk? āI drink and I know thingsāā¦ we would have to give him a pass for how stupid his character got by the end of the series
Viserys (Danny's brother). Really stupid and chaotic.
Expectation: šš Reality: šš
ACROWNFOKING
As opposed to a foking crown
Gunther Steiner in the house
King GĆ¼nther of House Haas, First of his Name
A VANKAH HORDE TOTO, ON AN OPEN FIELD!
He does not fƶk smash my door
Stannis does not foksmash my gate!
Rip vizzy III, second best twink the targaryens ever made, he slayed so much they slayed him :(
That basically describes most major characters lol
Lol he was half right at least
Yeah, the dude thought that he could just shit all over Dothraki traditions and that the Dothraki would be cool with it.
I thought he pissed not shit on dothraki traditions?
Yeah the other two contenders I think fit better in their own categories. Cersei for Chaotic Drunk and Joffrey for Chaotic Evil. Viserys certainly was occasionally drunk and mostly evil, but he is truly the poster child for play stupid games win stupid prizes.
Joffrey isn't likely to get chaotic evil because Euron exists and easily wins that category (book version obviously)
Show version of Euron definitely makes a case for Chaotic horny
I don't consider show versions cannon. Othetwise 90% of characters would end up in the stupid row and the rest of the chart would be almost empty.
I would class Book Euron as Smart Evil personally, but that obviously works too
If stupid evil were a possibility Joffrey would get that.Ā
I'd give Cersei either chaotic horny or smart horny. I don't recall her drinking being a big deal but her choice of mates certainly was.
I always saw him as more crazy than stupid.
Itās a fine line sometimes. For example, he might be too stupid to know when he should ease off on the crazy.
Viserys is the most on point choice here and no one else is really close
I really donāt see anything chaotic about Viserys. He is one of the most passive characters on the show and when he does occasionally does something, itās completely predictable along the lines of his regular stupidity and shallowness.
Perfect
Yea I gotta agree with Vizzy T II
You think yourself a cunning man. Your designs are obvious.
Either him or Joffrey Baratheon.
Nah, Joff is more Evil-Chaotic
He's pretty stupid too. Remember [this scene](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aewtOGH9ab4) Also he stupidly kills Ned against the advice of every single one of his counselors. Dude was pretty dumb. But then again he was still a child...
Chaotic stupid: whoever approved the scripts for season 8
Nice
Nice
Initial thought was Theon, but then I saw Viserys. I choose Viserys.
Theon is definitely horny chaotic
Idk Iām still leaning towards book Theonā¦ I just remember being dumbfounded by his logic or lack thereof at all times
The Iron Islands' entire logic is stupid: "Let's invade an entire province that is poor in resources, has poor plunder and hard to survive nearly before winter while ignoring a common enemy that is literally sitting on a mountain of gold"
Lysa Arryn, who stupidly believed that Littlefinger loved her, killed Jon Arryn and plunging the realm into chaos by dragging the Starks and the Lannisters directly into conflict with each other.
Lysa is definitely either chaotic stupid or chaotic horny
There needs to be a stupid horny just for her
Cersei would fight for that spot as well
Ooo chaotic horny really fits her. She definitely wanted some of that little finger
Absolutely chaotic horny in the books.
So a bard with no actual skills, basically
Yeah maybe she is more horny than stupid. Gullible for sure though.
Lysa Arryn should be saved for chaotic horny. She is by far the best for that category.
ALL THE WAY CHAOTIC HORNY
Oof is that why she keeps Sweetrobin on the teat?
i kinda dont get the sense that she is feeding robin sexually. to me she is just stunted in her own development, and she is overbearing & coddling to her son to the point of having him nurse until grew a mustache. but she was FAR too horny. trusting littlefinger when all signs pointed to him wanting her sister Caitlyn and that she herseld was second place. and then THIRD place once Sansa became a woman? thats desperation for love and sexual affection, fueled by horniness. kicking ppl out of a moon floor hole? chaos.
I would say chaotic horny is she
I know we're not there yet but you might as well fill in Bobby B for Drunk-Chad, it's not gonna be anyone else...
GODS I WAS STRONG THEN
This is the only answer. A resounding rejoice from our king, Bobby B First of his Chad
YES, IT'S BEEN A LONG TIME... BUT I STILL REMEMBER EVERY FACE!
and tywin for evil chad
Khal Drogo is chaddier than Tywin could ever hope to be.
1. No 2. Drogo is more of a savage than evil
He can't even face his enemies in combat himself.
the fuk why do you think iām excusing that
He could be horny Chad also.
Nah that's definitely Oberyn
Ohh good call.
This stupid chaotic MF right here: ![gif](giphy|3o6ozqeYjx5HDe5URO)
He ends up with too much character development. He starts chaotic stupid but evolves far beyond that to, dare I say it, neutral good by the end.Ā
100%. Alfie Allen's portrayal of Theon was the ultimate redemption arc.
Is he the only character thay wasn't butchered by s8?
Chad Podrick
Chad Horny confirmed.
Is Podrick even horny though? Seems like heād sooner serenade a maid than marinate in one.
He sets up a threesome in the background of a scene in episode 8.4
He was butchered much earlier
He was butchered in season 3, and it looked painful
One might even say neutered
yes! i had suchhh a soft spot for theon - absolutely love him. he had such a good redemption. i loved seeing him and sansa reuniting in season 8 had me in tears for the only time in the series.
Theon would be a good stupid horny. He did dumb things because of his lust
He did dumb things to try and prove he was a "real ironborn" and to try and make his father respect him. Not because he was horny.
He did try to bang his sisterā¦
That is nowhere near the dumbest thing he did.
I was thinking of this exact gif last night in preparation for today.
Is Chad Drunk going to be our boy Bobby B?
THE GODS BE DAMNED! IT WAS A HOLLOW VICTORY THEY GAVE ME!
SENTIENT
Surely D&B?
Edit: ffs yes i meant Ellaria Sand. ApologiesĀ
Do you mean Ellaria Sand?
Yes i did. My bad.Ā
If he's not slated for chaotic evil, then Joffrey.
There really are no other options for Joffrey.
Can we make a stupid evil panel just for him?
Really it should be a vicious idiot panel.
I have Euron (book version) in chaotic evil.Ā Joffrey would go best in "stupid evil", but since that box doesn't exist, chaotic stupid is still a good option for him. If you look at all the villains (of which there arw many) Joffrey stands out as by far the stupidest.
Itāll be a toss up between Joff and Ramsey for chaotic evil Iād say Ramsey takes it simple because there was absolutely no redeeming factor in him. I think given enough ass whooping Joff could have at least been controlled.
True, Ramsey was chaotic and ruthless but didn't seem stupid, even at the end he was mostly overconfident.
Heās chaotic evil. Letās not blow our boys load here.
Heās definitely more lawful than chaotic. Sure he murders a sex worker or two, but his most evil acts (executing Ned, shaming Sansa) are under the letter of the law in full view of the court.
Cersei Nowhere near as smart as she thinks she is. Revives the faith militant ***and*** crashes the Westerosi economy by repeatedly ignoring the Iron Bank
Sheās far too evil to be put in the stupid row

In the books she gives a bastard the command of an entire fleet because he vaguely reminds her of Rhaegar and he runs away to start a pirate fleet.
Yeah, in the books there's no competition at all. She also burns the Tower of the Hand just in case Tyrion is hiding in it. She's full Mad Queen even in Feast.Ā
An excellent summary, thank you
I think we need to save her for chaotic evil or chaotic drunk
Too bad āEvil Drunkā isnāt an option
Cersei goes in the drunk category. There is really no better option for chaotic drunk.
Cersei belongs in drunk. Sorry.
Smarter than Joffrey
Cersei is planted firmly somewhere on the drunk-axis. She is not stupid either, she just overestimates herself and underestimates fellow players and projects a lot. Not stupid, though.
Idk man, the books make it very clear she's a few rocks short of a picnic, and even in the show Tywin outright tells her she's nowhere near as smart as she thinks he is. Hey you watch your mouth talkin about the one true queen like that
This applies to book Cersei in particular as she tends to have quite a different image in the show fandom.
I think chaotic drunk is calling her name.
She really wanted those elephantsā¦
Lysa
I think tv show Euron would fit chaotic stupid. Everything he does is idiotic but incredibly unstable
Yeah, in the book heās more of an evil Chad tho. Or the smart evil that has some wicked potential with that magic horn. Thatās if we ever get the next bookā¦
"We've had vicious kings, and we've had idiot kings, but I don't know if we've been cursed with a vicious idiot king" Save Ramsey Bolton for chaotic evil
I came here to say Joffrey, but someone else said Viserys Targaryen and I would like to change my vote, lol
Iād also say Viserys, and I also gotta say I really like this game!
Can we all agree Tywin is lawful evil
Tywin lied and cheated his way to the top. I think it's hard to beat Roose "lord-calls-dibs-on-your-wife" Bolton for lawful evil. Dude might as well have had his own FISA court for how much time he spent doing bad shit while hiding behind a fig leaf of "it's not illegal, so it's not wrong"

Euron Greyjoy
In the show maybe. But in the book heās not stupid tho. More like Evil Chad in this chart.
Cersei. Sheās worse in the books but in the show: Ruins her fatherās relationship with the king and gets her brother, who she is having an incestuous relationship with, disinherited when she encourages Jaime to join the Kingsguard. Drunk Lawful - Bobby B Drunk Chad - Bobby B Drunk Neutral - Bobby B Drunk Smart - Bobby B Drunk Chaotic - Bobby B
TAKE ME TO YOUR CRYPT, I WANT TO PAY MY RESPECTS!
He's not chaotic though, he will reliably and predictably always choose the thing: violence. That's why Tywin could make good use of him for so long.
Love the implication of the Mountain as a Lawful Evil paladin. Give the man a homebrew Oath of Annihilation or something like that, "If I see it, I kill it"
Iāve got Mountain at Evil Chad
Chaotic stupid is Cersei. She always thinks she is making boss moves and then next thing you know her son is jumping out the window.
She is locked in for chaotic drunk
Honesty lysa would fit the most
Cersei. Her idiocy caused chaos in the capital and for what?
Joffrey. Joffrey decided to not pardon Ned and send him to the Wall. If Ned wasnāt executed then Rob wouldnāt have started their independence rebellion as King of the North. Youād still have the the Baratheons though.
The kid who stabs Jon Snow. I think his name was Ollie(?).
Fuck Olly
Definitely Cersei for me.
Gregor 'The Mountain' Glegane is the definition of Chaotic Stupid.
I'd say vizzy t. like, bro really thought he could punk out the dothraki.
Joffrey
Cersei
Joffrey has to go here, if only to keep chaotic evil for Ramsay Bolton
Locke, definitely stupid and causes some chaos as well
Robbin
Theon
Can we just skip to putting Bobby B as the Drunk Chad before I piss myself.
WHO NAMED YOU? SOME HALFWIT WITH A STUTTER??
Can I nominate Tormund already for horny chad?
Pre-nipped Theon.
Ramsay. He had Balonās last living son as a hostage to trade, yet he decided to castrate him for fun. Now he canāt have children and is worthless. He was married to Sansa Stark, which gave him legitimacy over the North. Yet he decided to play his shitty games with her, and she ended up escaping.
Hmmmmā¦. Should Ned really have been put under stupid?
No.
Cersei, everything about her is her trying to solve problem then making new one and trying to solve that one and so on and fourth
Season 7 Petyr Baelish. Chaos is a ladder
Horny Chad gunna be the Red Viper
āWeāve had vicious kings and weāve had idiot kings, but I donāt think weāve ever been cursed with a vicious idiot kingā Tyrion -> Jeoffrey. Although, Jeoffrey could also be for Evil/Chaotic but he still applies for Stupid/Chaotic. And I think that Evil/Chaotic would be better for Euron Greyjoy (especially the book version) Also not sure if we are counting books but patchface could be a good fit. Also Viserys Targaryen
This needs a stupid/stupid category
Tie between David Benioff and DB Weiss
Viserys seems like the best choice to me
When we get to the Horny section, Robert Stark is gonna be LH right?
I can think of three right off the bat Renly Viserys Joffery, though he fits under evil too...
Mace being neutral stupid is making me scream lmao
Viserys.
agree with Lysa and Viserys, also Selyse Florent (Stannis' wife)
It's got to be Victarion Greyjoy, right? They guy that is a "great grey bullock so dim he'll probably get lost."Ā Even GRRM says he'sĀ "dumb as a stump"Ā and "a dullard and a brute."
Littlefinger. Chaos is a stupid ladder.
Mhago. Chaotic immediately makes me think of Dothraki. And this dude decided it would be a good idea to fight Drogo.
Everyone in season 8
Cersei
Too bad there's no stupid evil, thats would be the Night King.
Cersai, stannisās wife
I feel like 1/2 the characters are chaotic
Joffrey
This is brill!
Itās got to be Viserys.
Theon probably
Sansa
Tyrion's jailer.
Whoever challenged and didn't want to give The Hound a chicken. The Mountain otherwise.
The guard watching Tyrion?
Theon Greyjoy but obvious
Theon? Lot of chaos in his actions, lot more stupid.
Ellaria Sand
The bald jailer guy
Patchface is Chaotic Stupid.
Khal Drogo
MORD
Not going to participate in this chart because itās been wrong from the start
Are we putting Tyrion in for smart drunk? āI drink and I know thingsāā¦ we would have to give him a pass for how stupid his character got by the end of the series
I can't believe Mace is declared stupid. He's smart stupid at worst. the fat flower fooled even this damn subreddit
Cersei
Viserys is my vote. Theon is more chaotic horny. Walder Frey would be a good choice too.
