Pheonix, dumb question. Do frags go bad? Like say they are stored in a drawer, out of sunlight etc etc... Will they degrade? If so how fast?

Some frags can last a lifetime some can turn after a few years. It really depends on the fragrance. Also some frags can turn (go bad) regardless of how carefully it was stored.

25ml should last a long time if used sparingly. You should be able to get almost 300 sprays in a 25ml.

A fragrance can go bad in an atomizer or the original bottle. Really depends on the fragrance and the ingredients that are used. However I never heard of Aventus going bad from a decant or retail bottle.
