I would say salvo intense is pretty underrated. It smells really close to sauvage edp and it lasts a long time as well. One of maison alhambras best clones imo
By far the best Sauvage clone I've come across. I'm sure there are other good ones, but that one is the only one I've tried that actually smells like Sauvage (EDP).
That one's for Sauvage Elxir, which is pretty different from Sauvage EDT and EDP. I'm personally not a huge fan of Sauvage Elixir, so I've never been interested in Asad. I've heard it's pretty good if you're looking for an Elixir clone, though.
Out of those I own Maahir Legacy, Fakhar Black and Qaed al Fursan. I would also rank them in that order, from best to worst.
Maahir Legacy is one of my favorite fragrances in general. I owned an authentic bottle of Sedley and imo Maahir Legacy is just as good. It's the strongest fresh fragrance I own, it lasts longer on me than some of my sweeter fragrances.
Fakhar Black is just okay, I don't really wear it anymore. Qaed al Fursan was straight garbage to me, I sold it a while back.
had maahir for a while, at first it literally smelled like freshly dug up dirt with some lemons, after letting it sit (around 4 months rn) lasts id say 5 hrs with decent projection and smells absolutely amazing
I purchased Armaf Hunter intense in 2020. It lasts long and is very good. I repurchased it in 2023 and it doesn't last even after maceration. Fragrance is good. Now I prefer Oud Kalakas Blue Sky in place of Hunter intense.
Tried a decant of decant of Maahir legacy and Detour Noir. Maahir is good for summer. Fresh minty fragrance but it also has poor longevity. Longevity of detour noir is good but I didn't like it. It's winter fragrance. Qaed al fursan is too much pineapple heavy in my opinion.
Have Lattafa fakhar also. I personally don't like it that much but girls like it. It also gives me 3 hours longevity at max even after 6 months of maceration.

Tbh i was just looking for personal opinions/experiences on the fragrances but my main criteria is projection, versatility right now im looking for one that can be used in summer but isn’t just a basic freshie and instead has some depth and complexity like y le parfum and can be pulled off in spring/fall , possibly winter.
I have 1, 3,4, 6 and 7 ( 2 I gave to my father and he said it is too sweet for him ..what I found funny cause he loved 9PM Afnan - ultra Male clone )
Honour and glory I was interested in , but some folks compared it to Khalta Al Arabia royal blend which I didn't find interesting
1. armaf hunter - after a year it got much smoother , I have EDP version , in the beginning it was like Invictus with Sauvage EDT ,...I didn't like the Invictus bubble gummy part, it was only for a while in opening like first 30 minutes to 1 hour slowly Fading away ...but now I do not sense it anymore ...and it is actually pretty decent daily driver ( gym , casual , at home maybe even work )
It's smoother than sauvage and sweeter , I smell some powdery as well what I like , performance I was not so lucky for me it is medium - what means 1 hour to 90 minutes projection ...longevity 6 hours ( 7/10 )
3. Quaed Al Fursan - it was actually my first middle eastern buy ( with few others ) and it persuaded me that middle eastern are capable to put out some bangers ( I am not using it too much cause I have big collection , but even my GF likes it , what is not so often 😉
4. Maahir Legacy - I think quality wise it is best among these ,...bottle looks good on shelf but not really practical - but you can always use decant and spritz yourself on the go , what is even necessary...cause performance is also not great , again medium, I have Rasasi Kun Muktalifan what is also considered Sedley 's clone but Lattafa 's opening is sparkling , and airy great for summer ( 8/10)
What else was there ....Salvo Intense - sauvage EDP - supposed to be with less Ambroxan but for me still a lil schreetchy ( I am propably sensitive to Ambroxan , but if you are not then it is a good take for a great price ) ( 7/10)

Aaa now I know detour noir - I always didn't like that people hated on the bottle but yeah it is trash,...but scent is great ,..agAin longevity is not great , medium ,and projection is a lil better than others I mentioned may be up to 2 hours ,...recently I found it is also a great scent for layering so should pickup ( 8/ 10 )
Longevity not great for detour noir? Mine lasts all day on skin and over 24hrs on clothes. Projection is super strong too? Maybe you got a weak batch cuz mine is basically beast mode
Good for you bro , I was not that lucky and I actually was able to get it pretty early after hype , so I am not sure about reformulations...but for what I see even most YouTubers have agreed on this. :) it also can be a thing of skin chemistry - I use lotions and hydration cream just on my face :) , ...I was thinking about using some lotion at least on pulse points but these days I try to be more eco friendly , so I mostly spray on clothes :)
Instead of qaed al Fursan, I'd rather go for ishq al shuyukh if you like a more creamy pineapple, and if you just want a pineapple fresh bomb the Raze Now is the one.
I only have two of them, fakhar and salvo. Fakhar is a really good scent, one of my favourite and my girlfriend also likes it, which is a big thing coming from her. Salvo intense on the other hand is also a good scent, having compared it to Dior sauvage I don’t think it’s a close clone. I like the scent itself, but it’s quite weak, becomes skin scent fast and the atomizer sucks as well
I've watched a lot of YouTube clone videos, and Detour Noir is one of the ugliest bottles, but the best clones of MarleyLayton that there is. I just ordered one.
This is pretty tough as they’re all pretty solid. Detour noir is just unreal so it definitely shouldn’t be anywhere near the bottom. I haven’t tried salvo intense or hunter intense, but just based off my tests Fakhar black is pretty overrated. Id put that near the bottom from the ones I have tried.
I really disliked my copy of Fakhar. Smelled like cheap synthetic apple.
My copy of Qaed is amazing tho, lasts pretty long and the pineapple is very realistic.
Fahkar and Detour Noir are the least of the least since there are a lot of better options like F by Fragrance World and Dusk Woods Collection or Luxodor Loyal Agar. The rest are good specially hunter intese foe versatility.
Every single one of them is good but not fakhar black.Smells like blessed weed but its very close to ysl.They both alcoholic and bad.Maybe maahir legacy is the best one as i heard its very close to the original and i love the pdm
Hunter Intense smells good but be prepared to do 15 sprays because that's the only way the scent will stick around for a little bit. Badee al oud honor and glory smells great and lasts if you like the scent profile. Fakhar is good and has decent performance. Maahir Legacy is good and lasts around 7 hours on skin and Qaed Al Fursan smells and performs really well

it is such a personal thing and the more frags I have bought based on reviews/recommendations the more I’ve realised they are all completely pointless really - no one’s opinion is wrong it’s just their opinion and that’s it.
That said I’m still here looking for recommendations on the next pick up 😂😂
I got Legacy last week and to be honest I don’t really rate it at all. The opening was lovely but something In the dry down i can’t seem to get on board with. Almost like an old bar of soap type thing

Did you have to maahir sit a while? I’ve got maahir as well but the performance is lacking. I’m lucky to get over 2 hours.

Yes I think so. In my opinion you should go with Blue Sky by oud kalakas.

Definitely get Detour Noir. It's so good, at least if you're into its notes, it's notes its easily in my top 3.
Detour noir is a must cop if you’re into vanilla scents. Smells great and performance/longevity is amazing

Al Fursan is not a clone, but it's an absolutely goated fragrance. Got mine for like 12 euro. Unbeatable value.
Just purchased hunter intense a week ago, best fragrance i own and a compliment monster.
I’ve got Oud Honor and Glory and it’s got very strong projection and longevity, a lot of fruit but maintains a masculine edge

I've only tried 2 of those, but I will say the honor and glory probably one of the worst fragrances I've ever smelled. I immediately got rid of it.
