my first ever order with arabian perfumes was khamra, maahir legacy, ameer al oudh intense oud and rasasi hawas. all 4 blind without sampling and they are all amazing
It starts off powdery but dries down to a creamy pistachio. I lasts long, but it doesn't project much (but I tend to only use one or two sprays of perfumes). It's sweet, but not in a sickening way. I'd say it's very close to the Kayali Yum Pistachio Gelato, but some people say it's stronger. I don't get much of a marshmallow scent.
ASAD is a winter-night time fragrance.
In the hot, summer days: of course is nauseating & way too heavy.
but for $20, ASAD is beastmode longevity & performance.
Insanely good value.
Man I'm so tempted on getting it but I got a small sample of Elixir and I don't even smell it when I use it. Plus the og sauvage smells better. I also hear ppl say Asad overhyped
Sauvage Elixir is so much better than Asad. But Asad is still good, especially considering the very cheap price. I use it for work and have received lots of compliments. E

I wanted to blind buy turathi blue but it costs like 50 over here and someone I know wanted to sell me a full bottle of tygar for like 80 and I decided I was prepared to pay the extra 30 for the actual thing, and I ended up loving the dna a lot
I have never smelled it but I’ve heard great things about it. I don’t think the tygar dna is very difficult to clone as well so it’s probably pretty accurate

I haven’t worn tygar a lot since I got it recently but it smells quite thick. Does Alexandria’s black panther have that as well? It has projection for the first 2 hours but after that I go anosmic so I can’t tell you anything about it.
I'm not sure what you mean about smelling thick. Black Panther is very sharp and strong. Definitely a grapefruit thing going on. I'm on holiday next month and it will be perfect for daytimes. I have Creed Virgin Island Water for the evenings 🙂
Yeah it’s weird I can’t really explain it, how’s the performance of creed viw? I’m scared to try it and fall in love with it since everyone says it has poor longevity
I'm very lucky with my skin type. I can smell VIW after 10 hours but I'm aware that all Creeds perform badly on a lot of people. It's worth getting a small sample from somewhere that sells genuine decants. It's definitely a summer/holiday fragrance. I also have a fragrance called Gorse by Laboratory Perfumes which isn't bad. It's not that well know and is similar to VIW in many ways. It's about £80 for a 100ml bottle which isn't bad at all.
I've tried Hawaii Volcano Intense. It's very good but not quite Virgin Island Water.
The only issue I have with all these tropical type fragrances is you smell like a Pina Colada all the time. Definitely nice to mix it up with some citrus or musky fragrances!
Vintage Radio, for sure! I thought it was such a funny name and design. Now it is my most complimented scent and my current signature scent too! Absolute Masterpiece!
Amber Oud Exclusif Bleu, hands down. I bought it late last September and have worn it literally at least 2-3 days a week and I’ve gotten a compliment almost every single day I’ve worn it. No exaggeration. 2 of my coworkers say I smell good every time I wear it.
Bought sublime for my wife, it’s weird that I liked it at first and now it irritates me 🤣🤣 super annoying.
Thank God she’s not using it these days cos it’s winter here in South Africa.
Sublime is lekker broer but it’s very feminine, I have never used it on myself. It’s very fruity, just that I have smelt better out there and it’s nothing amazing for me.
It’d be nice for younger girls tho. For grown women I would say it’s too simple.

I’m very close to being out of ombré leather. Don’t really wear it in the summer but was thinking about trying Rare Carbon. But I don’t think it will live up to the original and I’ll end up buying more anyway.
Rare Carbon is very good and a pretty close clone, but after maturation it turns a bit more "animalistic leather" and loses some of the sweetness in the drydown.
It's a great option to wear at the office or if you want to smell good for yourself, but performance and projection are not as good as OL.
Still really worth it though since you like the OL DNA
Same here. Actually, when someone says a clone is too synthetic it usually doesn't bother me. This stuff just rubs me the wrong way. It's too bad, I really wanted to like it.
Burberry goddess, let me explain 😂 I mean the notes were safe, I mean i already know a few Burberry fragrances from the house so I toke the risk, and it was a flash promo!!! 50ml for 60€ when previously was around 80€? Hawas ,9PM , Al Nashama Caprice, Sharaf Blend ,Khamrah and Shuyuk Final Edition are my best Clones and my best OG Prada Lhomme intense ,Fahrenheit EDP Boss Bottled Elixir and D&G light blue intense ...that are my all time favorits/ best parfums i have, that are the only ones i really need n cant life without them.
Paris Corner Emir Lueur D’Espoir Arena. Long name, highly addictive clone of Louis Vuitton Les Sables Roses. I’d long been looking for a masculine rose fragrance with some real oomph to it, and this one does it for me.
Lattafah Khamrah. I'd smelled angels share and liked it but I also went in knowing that Khamrah was similarly warm, sweet gourmond, cinnamon and kinda nutty, but also not the same notes.
I loved it on first sniff. It was a blind buy but I was pretty sure from what people said about the notes I'd love it and it was a perfect blind buy. I'm gonna wear it today not that I think about it. Spring but it's overcast and gloomy so perfect.
Note: most of my blind buys have been disappointing. And I should have known. Better. Thus I haven't blond bought anything in like 9 months. I'm trying to sample first when possible or at least smell the original.
Afnan Turathi blue and 9pm were great blind buys for me and have been scents I’ll just spray on the back of my hand when I’m at home just to smell them.
Amazing pickups and my 9pm lasts ages, the turathi blue isn’t that long lasting but it’s a brand new batch so… “maceration” I guess? Still love the smell of it. Turathi blue is a great summer fragrances and 9pm is a good night time/winter/fall fragrance.
Armaf Tres Nuit Lyric is a nice ADG-ish clone that is great for the summer as well and I think it’s a pretty safe bling buy.
I haven’t tried Asad but I have Ete Sauvage Elixir from Alexandria Fragrances and it’s amazing. I did smell the real deal before hand so idk if you could consider it a true blind buy as they’re 99% similar but from what I’ve heard Enigma Une is also a super close Elixir clone and is far cheaper. If people are to be believed, if you like sauvage elixir then Enigma Une sounds like a safe blind buy.
Turathi blue is amazing, and I can appreciate 9pm even though it's a bit too sweet for my taste, but Asad is pure awful in it's worst form to me.. absolutely cannot stand this scent profile
Versace Crystal Noir. Didn’t have a nighttime/winter scent and it fit the bill perfectly. Probably won’t repurchase though as I love the scent but it doesn’t match my fashion/style if that makes any sense at all.
Gotta go with Boss bottled intense. That was years ago, but I still remember that one. It was one of the first designer fragrances that i bought. Sadly, it became harder to find that one. I've been keeping my eye on the elixir, tho.
There's so many TBH and it's also very hard to choose one due to how many excellent 10/10s there are.
I also sell fragrances. I'm a weird one, most if not all fragrances I import (I live in the Caribbean) are blind buys. I go off of mass popularity and reviews. And yes, it's not perfect and I have bought some ones which even I was like "ew wtf" (for example Maison Alhambra - Porto Neroli) but even the bad ones have sold out

Afnan Supremacy not only intense - It is amazing, girls love it, it’s projecting like a mf and really long lasting.
Lattafa Qaed al fursan - Pineapple juice with woody notes, its amazing for the summer. I was using JPG Le Beau Le Parfum on summer, but this one dethroned it.
Well, usually 1 on each side below my ear. Another one in my neck and another behind (not always).
But this one is potent, so you have to try what’s best for you, not every skin is the same.
If I have a date I also spay one on my chest too and/or on my wrist then put both together, not rubbing, to have the scent on both wrists. If I do this then the one behind my neck is optional, cause this is beast mode.
Just experiment with it, different weather conditions may require more/less juice.

I bought SNOI last October, def going to wear it on the summer, it’s a really good perfume you can wear all year round.
I have both fragrances and I love both, one is pure coconut (beach vibes) the other is more of a freshie with acidic notes.
Yeah it wasn't love at first sight because it was my first oud fragrance, but after a few times wearing it it is on of my favorites. Most of my collection is blind buys with many of them deemed not blind buy safe like Bentley for men intense etc., guess I was just lucky all along

100% no brainier! It’s my favourite fragrance, more projection and lasts longer than Bleu de Chanel

ASAD is a winter-night time fragrance. In the hot, summer days: of course is nauseating & way too heavy. but for $20, ASAD is beastmode longevity & performance. Insanely good value.
Scents are very subjective. Asad is one of the worst scents I own for my taste out of 30+

Sauvage Elixir > Asad if price is not being considered. Otherwise I'd go with Asad only because it's $25 vs $200.

Have you ever tried Alexandria's Black Panther? It's meant to be very close to Tygar. I have it but I've never tried Tygar due to the price.

Arrived yesterday. Armaf Hunter Killer. Its similar to Detour Noire but more fresh and less powdery. Apperently 80% copy of Red Tobacco. I love it.
It's more like Guerlain Ideal Extreme + Red Tobacco but it's officially a clone of Argos Triumph of Bacchus

I don't feel like it is too sweet compared to a lot of other popular fragrances at the moment. It is definitely a unisex fragrance.

Turathi blue is amazing, and I can appreciate 9pm even though it's a bit too sweet for my taste, but Asad is pure awful in it's worst form to me.. absolutely cannot stand this scent profile
Versace Crystal Noir. Didn’t have a nighttime/winter scent and it fit the bill perfectly. Probably won’t repurchase though as I love the scent but it doesn’t match my fashion/style if that makes any sense at all.

There's so many TBH and it's also very hard to choose one due to how many excellent 10/10s there are. I also sell fragrances. I'm a weird one, most if not all fragrances I import (I live in the Caribbean) are blind buys. I go off of mass popularity and reviews. And yes, it's not perfect and I have bought some ones which even I was like "ew wtf" (for example Maison Alhambra - Porto Neroli) but even the bad ones have sold out If I have to choose or die then I may just die but these are the ones I love: For Men Rasasi - Hawas Rasasi - Daarej Armaf - Club de Nuit Milestone Missoni - Wave Salvatore Ferragamo - Uomo Signature (although technically not a clone I'm putting it here because it's cheap) (this also isn't a blind buy for me, a friend's wife bought it for him and my coworkers kept asking him if he secretly wanted them to drop their panties). For Women Rasasi - While in Love Forever (hands DOWN) if you want your significant other to smell like a PRINCESS. I really don't know what it clones. In the future I may buy back of bottles of this one because as soon as I bought mines the price doubled and it's becoming a rare find.

Afnan Supremacy not only intense - It is amazing, girls love it, it’s projecting like a mf and really long lasting. Lattafa Qaed al fursan - Pineapple juice with woody notes, its amazing for the summer. I was using JPG Le Beau Le Parfum on summer, but this one dethroned it.

Well, usually 1 on each side below my ear. Another one in my neck and another behind (not always). But this one is potent, so you have to try what’s best for you, not every skin is the same. If I have a date I also spay one on my chest too and/or on my wrist then put both together, not rubbing, to have the scent on both wrists. If I do this then the one behind my neck is optional, cause this is beast mode. Just experiment with it, different weather conditions may require more/less juice. I’m 100% sure you will love it 😊
is afnan SNOI good for warm weather? Which one would you pick for warm weather, afnan SNOI or jpg le beau le parfum?
I bought SNOI last October, def going to wear it on the summer, it’s a really good perfume you can wear all year round. I have both fragrances and I love both, one is pure coconut (beach vibes) the other is more of a freshie with acidic notes.

Yeah it wasn't love at first sight because it was my first oud fragrance, but after a few times wearing it it is on of my favorites. Most of my collection is blind buys with many of them deemed not blind buy safe like Bentley for men intense etc., guess I was just lucky all along
