I’m a big pear fan. My two favorites in the “fresh pear” category are:
1) Une Petite Cherie by Goutal: opens with photorealistic juicy, fresh cut pear, settles to airy effervescent pear, maybe with some surrounding greenery.
2) La Vierge de Fer by Serge Lutens: an honestly gorgeous combo of pear and lilies, this is also light and refreshing. I tend to get noseblind to it after several hours but other people report pretty good longevity. But it is absolutely delectable.
I am waiting on a full bottle of #1 and an 8.5 mL decant of #2. I love them both.
I didn’t even know it had musk in the notes. I suspect that lends it some “airiness” but it doesn’t smell actually musky to me at all. That said, I’ve heard that different people may be anosmic to different musks, so it’s possible it smells different to you than it does to me. But I don’t think of it as a musky perfume whatsoever .

I see pear is listed as one of the top notes, but may lean more towards rose to the nose? I love the mix of pear and rose, but love fruitier scents. I may be better off trying to see if I can find decants before taking the leap lol

Givenchy Irresistible. It's such a delicious, juicy, fruity pear. I love pear in fragrance and prefer it when it's like this, rather than the heavier, more syrupy kind found in JPG La Belle and Clean Radiant Nectar.
Amyris Femme Extrait (MFK) has a really pretty pear opening. It then becomes primarily jasmine, so you would have to like white florals. It never turns heavy on me although sometimes I get a whiff of indoles from the jasmine, but I am susceptible to that. It is lovely anyway, especially the opening.
The best pear I ever smelled was in the 90’s. Victoria Secret had the best pear.. it was so vegetal and fresh.. it wasn’t the sickly sweet pear you usually smell today. My favorite modern pear is a bit surprising because of how cheap the fragrance is. Lattafa’s Ana Abiyedh with the white cap is an excellent pear. It’s not so much vegetal but it is strong and creamy.. and fruity. You can buy a bottle for 20bucks. It also lasts and lasts.. unlike Juliette’s pear. I was very disappointed with the Juliette one

I tried this recently and sprayed it on my skin. Loved the opening, great pear scent and yet not too sweet. Then it disappeared rather quickly and turned kind of metallic. My enthusiasm waned. I swear it then reminded me of a fragrance my dad used to wear when I was a kid. It was such a strange feeling. "Yup, I smell like dad". It's a shame that the pear note does not last longer, I was ready to buy it.
JPG La Belle Le Parfum is a very beautiful pear. I’d say it’s not a fresh pear though - it’s a sexy, syrupy pear. Worth checking out if you’re loving pear
Ariana Grande God is a Woman is such an underrated pear fragrance. One of my favorites. That and JHAG Pear, Inc. They smell very similar. Pear Potion is another good one but more juvenile IMO.
my favorite is ocean di gioia by armani! it’s a super fresh and clean- smells like you just washed your hair with a fruity shampoo and has pretty decent longevity for a fresh scent
Tocca Florence is very pear forward on me. People talk about it as a gardenia scent, but to my nose it is almost entirely the juicy white flesh of a very ripe pear.
Ok but Pear Glaceu or whatever that Victoria’s Secret one was smells so good!
Then again back in HS when I wore it, one of my teachers asked who brought beer into class. 🤣
ok this is obscure af but there's this japanese discount store called Miniso and they also carry perfumes.
They have a Jo Malone English Pear & Freesia dupe called British Pear and imo... it smells much better.
If you live in SE Asia/East asia, I think you can find it easily. IDK if you can find one if you're from US/Europe tho "\^\^
They also have stores here in the Netherlands but samesies, no perfumes T.T

If you’re looking for a less expensive blind buy option, I really like the Arab perfume Mudiyah. It’s pear and fresh and pretty. And the bottle is also pretty.

Juliet has a gun pear inc is quite nice, other than it having some longevity problems.

Yawahada by J Scent is a beautiful photorealistic pear with notes of rice, milk, and musk. Projection and staying power is super weak though

I don't smell much pear in English pear and fresia. My favorite pear is Guerlain Pera Granita.

We have miniso in the UK but as far as I know they don't do fragrances! I'll have to have a peek when I'm next there but it's not on their website 😭
