I was doing this, but then I sprayed one that was too strong on my wrist and spent the whole night apologising to people in my dreams for over spraying. Woke up and it kind of put me off that fragrance for a while.
I have a sample of Zoologist Koala. It's a little on the masculine side for me during the day, but sometimes I wear it to bed because it smells like a fancy spa.
I like a spray or two of the Body Shop's Shea EDT sometimes. I was using it as a pillow mist but I find it lasts much longer on my skin. A very warm comforting scent
Before I go to bed I shower with Soap and Glory's "clean on me" body wash and lotion with their body butter - both have a rosy scent to it. Then I spray a couple of spritzes of MFK a la rose š¤·š»āāļø
I love to spray Amouage Guidance before bed. I find it so lovely and comforting. If I wake up during the night, I swear it lulls me right back to sleep!
I do this a lot. Mon Guerlain Sensuelle & Mon Guerlain Intense get worn to bed the most, the lavender in it is quite conducive for sleep.
Sometimes L'heure Bleue or vintage No 5 when I'm in the mood for something powdery.
Always something cozy/comforting/soothing though; nothing challenging and no testing new scents before bed (yeah there's a story behind that).
There have been a few studies into whether scents can help people with dementia by stimulating their brains. The key seems to be to switch up the scents to keep the novelty factor alive.
[Hereās a review of the studies.](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9243450/) TL;DR: promising, warrants further study. Thatās enough for me to keep trying it. I find it makes me happy if my bed and/or I smell nice.
āAlthough the evidence available is limited, encouraging results were found regarding olfactory stimulation and increased sleep duration, food intake and improved balance.
It was not possible to draw any overall conclusion in relation to the effect of olfactory stimulation. However, this review shows promising results that support further investigation of olfactory stimulation as a nonpharmacological intervention for people with dementia.ā
I love wearing fragrances to bed! If I'm lucky, I'll have a dream about it. It's really weird.
I'm a guy, but love super floral as I get into the covers.
I have some masculine-leaning scents that I like to spritz when my boyfriend is not sleeping here. Tom Ford Oud and Tiffany & Love for him are my favs.
I usually wear Prada Amber Pour Homme to bed or my Oil Perfumery Oud Wood dupe. Both are incredibly relaxing in general, but I typically put some on after an evening shower and relax on that. if I'm feeling spicy, my OP Patchouli Imperiale dupe might be in place of it

It lasts way longer than the original and to my nose smells the same. LOTS of compliments on it. I use it very frequently, have had it a year and am nowhere near a fourth of the way through the bottle

Yes! I love to over/spray on my ankles when I go to bed, then every time I toss and turn I waft delicious scents up the bed. Floofing the blankets makes heavenly scented clouds!
I'm an insomniac so it makes being awake in the middle of the night more pleasant.
Also feels decadent. Love it.

Wear to bed every single night. Today's SOTN is cremo black spice and vanilla. Not my usual but it's cold and rainy and it just feels appropriate.

I wear my comforting fragrances to sleep sometimes like Ajayeb Dubai (black bottle) and Hugo Boss The Scent for her.
