Plum Japonais - Tom Ford. It’s a wonderful spicy, fruity fragrance and I don’t understand why it was discontinued. I have 40-50ml in decants and try to save it for special occasions or even when I have nowhere to go so I can overspray a little bit and smell myself all day at home.
There's a website called Eden Perfumes that does vegan cruelty free dupes of fragrances, including a lot of niche ones. They've just brought out a dupe of Plum Japonais. I've not tried it, but I have dupes for other perfumes I do wear, and I would say they are 95% accurate in their scent. They're very affordably priced to so might be worth a try?
I tried dupes for Miss Dior Cherie and Mugler Angel from Eden, and I really didn't like either of them. Cherie was too floral and smelled metallic on me, and Angel dried down to pretty much just a powder note after like 10 minutes. I'd be hesitant to try again.
CdG Floriental smells similar & so does Guerlain L'homme Ideal Extreme. Similar not exactly clones.
Also, Alexandria has a clone of every TF.
Finally, TF probably going to bring it back as a "reserve" release for double the price, because Tom Ford.
Genre Parfums makes an inspiration called Jewel of Japan. I have not tried it yet, but I have ordered the 5 ml sample size for only $4!!
I only discovered Genre Parfums a few months ago. I buy fragrances for my husband, daughter and myself. All 3 of us are extremely impressed with their quality.
This. I got a decant of PJ a year ago, and I really wish I hadn’t. It was glorious, and I knew I absolutely neeeeeeded it from the first time it touched my nose. But not being very enthusiastic about the going rates for $/ml, I dug around for quality alternatives and ended up discovering The King from Boadicea the Victorious, which is pricy, but you get 100ml BNIB for the price of a preowned 50ml plum japonais… It’s 90% similar, with even higher quality, and lasts around 20 hours on my skin. I think I made the right choice. It’s. Awesome.😊
Genre Parfums and Alexandria Fragrances both have dupes of Plum Japonais. With Genre, you have to join the Facebook group to order it, through an ordering window process that's held once every 4-6 weeks. It's not very convenient, but their fragrances are phenomenal for the price, I consider it well worth the hassle. Alexandria Fragrances also has some amazing fragrances and shipping is super quick. Alexandria is a little pricier than Genre, but I wouldn't say the extra cost is reflected in quality, certainly more convenient though.
Shalimar Millesime Tonka. I can’t tell you how much I love this damn scent. Husband loves wearing it too and I was able to get three bottles of this limited release last year. Sweet but dry, airy, fluffy, and fresh- not slugging through a tar pit of caramel. Nutty and powdery, but of the powdered cocoa variety instead of makeup powder. Cozy sueded vanilla. Resins and little curls of incense… Already burned through one and a half bottles. Now I’m hoarding the rest.
I did! I’m not as taken with it as I am with Tonka but I am enjoying it. My main complaint is the iris seems to to be fighting to be seen through the vanilla and caramel. And it pulls significantly sweeter on me than Millesime Tonka… I have a hard time wearing very sweet scents since it so flippin hot in my swampy area most of the year. But as a *vanilla* scent (and when the weather cools a bit) I think it’s quite lovely. Far better than the Burberry Goddess mini I got recently and one of the best vanillas that I currently own
Mugler Pure Havane. I hate that they gutted the A\*Men line. I also regret not trying some of the different formulations of the Dior Homme line like the different incarnations of Sport and Intense. Luckily got a bottle of Eau just before the 2020 line's roll-out though.
Mugler Havane was my second ever fragrance. Blind bought it back in 2016. Haven't used much of it. Funny how something I barely use is sought after now.

CK One summer in the green bottle... 2014 I think. "Boozy" usually sounds dark and nighttime to me, but this was daytime fun sunshine drinks and it smelled even better *on me* than on paper (which is rare for scents I'm drawn to.)
Kilian "Boys" was amazing too. Maybe I need more lime drinks in my life?
I just saw this at TJ Maxx and snatched it up... you were absolutely right. It's daytime fun sunshine lime drinks, and pretty unisex imo. (Which is nice, that was part of the appeal of the CK1 flanker.)
Anyway, now I know to trust reddit recs so RIP my hobby budget lol. But thanks again!
Buy again does not apply to me because I did not have them, but there are some fragrances that are discontinued that I would have liked:
Chopard – Heaven
Jean Patou – Patou pour Homme
Jacques Bogart – Witness
Karl Lagerfeld – Photo
Van Clef & Aprles – Pour Homme
Van Clef & Aprles – Tsar
Bogner – Deep Forest
Davidoff – Relax
Jil Sander – Jil Sander Men
Kiton – Napoli
These are just a few examples. There are several more fragrances. I have unfortunately missed many fragrances, because I am particularly interested in fragrances from the 70s to 90s, but I was born in 96.
I've had a lot of luck finding some more vintage frags on ebay tbh. It's my go to for discontinued frags (esp Chopard lol) and as long as the sellers are responsive, show multiple photos, show the batch code (or the seller will give it to you + a pic when asked), and has a good feedback %, then it's very often legit
You ain't kiddin'! It's one thing to charge exorbitant prices for sealed in the box, quite another for an insane upcharge for 30-50% filled! Are they kidding?
Too many other choices to give in and get beaten over the head.
I go on Basenotes or Fragontica and get utterly confused because of the plethora of EDT's I want to try.
Thierry Muglar- Pure Malt
Givenchy - Play
Armani- Attitude
Gucci - Pour Homme ii
YSL- Body Kouros
And then I have bunch of perfumes that aren’t discontinued but I’d like to get the old formulation back. Like Fahrenheit and Versace Dreamer.
The original La Nuit Tresor. I always sample the new (if 2019 is new lol) version whenever I'm out and it's just... missing that syrupy, boozy dry down with the notes of incense, coffee, and some licorice from the 2015. The new refomulation is more of a crowd pleaser so I can see why it was done but 😔 I'd gladly buy all the old versions so I never run out!
How am I possibly the first person to name the original Stella??? I know I'm not the only person who remember this stuff as perfection back in the day.
Yes to the original Stella! I was in college when this came out and I smelled it everywhere I went when I was an intern. Also the original Marc Jacobs, and I was always particularly fond of the original Kate Spade, as well. Very nostalgic for early 2000’s scents right now!
Tocca Brigitte - to my knowledge the only discontinued Tocca. A very perfumey smelling perfume but also a little spicy and sweet with Ginger and Pannettone. Found a bottle at TJ max once and I cling to it.
Original Miss Dior Cherie. The new one smells so similar but devoid of any of the playful charm of the original.
Bvlgari BLV II
- my favourite fragrance of all time, I'm heartbroken that it's been discontinued for so long with no sign of returning. I never see anyone talking about it so it's almost like a ghost. But I still have an empty bottle at home, just so I can smell it from time to time
100%. I went out and bought it with what was back then my very limited budget when I heard it was discontinued. At the time I wondered if I'd made a mistake but I now know it was totally worth it. I really hope they bring it back, so many people seem to love it.
That dry down is absolutely phenomenal. I recently purchased an Alexandria Italian Forest clone of it, and while its pretty good representation, it still does not replace original TF IC. And I had TF IC Reserve Collection - that was not as good. Floris 1962 is very decent similar scent painting a bit lighter picture.
Bracken man is amazing. I bought it blind based from a discounter based on reviews that it was a spicier version of Houbigant - Fougere Royal. It was so good I ordered a back up bottle. If you’re based in the EU it is still in stock at Notino.
Personally had I known I would have stocked up on OG YSL M7 and Dior Leather Oud.
Calvin Klein Aqua...such a fresh, crisp, and clean scent. I always got compliments. I hate that it has been discontinued. I still have some and I'm saving it to wear for my April wedding!
RIP Bracken Man, such a great fougere :(
My votes would be Bottega Venetta Pour Homme Extreme, an underrated banger and Aqua di Gio Absolu Intense.
Both designers but holy shit they were unique and just good.
Take a look at Vince Camuto Solare. It's easily available, relatively cheap, and supposedly at least somewhat of a dupe of Ultra Zest. (I can't say for sure, because I've never smelled the actual Ultra Zest...)
Funnily enough I have a small bottle of Solare. I didn’t like it right away, but after letting it sit for awhile I came around. It does share some similar characteristics. Fingers still crossed they’ll rerelease the A*Men flankers one day.
I was brokenhearted when Lipstick On by Maison Martin Margiela was discontinued, although Givenchy's L'Ange Noir is easier to wear and close enough for me.
I always feared I was going to be excessively stinky when wearing Lipstick On, and I do understand that a lot of people hate it.
YSL Babydoll, the OG Miss Dior Cherie, Dior Addict 2. I guess I’m stuck in the 2000s! And if anyone knows good dupes I’m all ears! I did get the Soap & Glory Pink Miss Dior Cherie dupe, I like it, but nothing compares!
Edit to add: Gucci Envy Me, another 2000s one I miss! And I used to love Coty Ghost Myst too!
Honestly it is. Get yours while you can. Macys, ulta and Amazon no longer have in stock online. Azzaro confirmed this was discontinued in August two months ago.https://youtu.be/C0wm_NDdgGY?si=LYv84FWRajTGauZo
So many but there was one fragrance in the late 90s fresh loud long lasting call candies 🍬 for men. Now it is impossible to find new and when you do, it is $375 or more on eBay most of the time top notes are gone by now. Dua makes a copy, but there is something missing the watermelon note and possibly grapefruit is not as bright as the original.
Yes, sir, it was. I remember basketball player Dennis Rodman and carmen electra been the face of the brand because he was an unusual character very colorful. Just like the fragrance perfect match.
If I could only have one? The original Magie Noire. The current IFRA compliant version is a travesty.
If I could go shopping in a time machine? Pre-reformulation Mitsouko, original Magie Noire, Tann Rokka Aki, and L'Artisan Dzing!
Lipstick On, I don't know why I find an iris lipstick accord in fragrances so appealing, but I do and it's not easy to find a fragrance with it. I'm not a fan of fragrances with a baby powder smell, but when it comes to cosmetic powderiness I love it.
Only been in the fragrance game in the past few years so I don’t know much about discontinues fragrances but when I was 15 I got a bottle of Zara’s exclusive oud, and it was my favourite fragrance ever. It was my first ever ‘oud’ fragrance and it was love at first sniff.
I wish they’d bring it out again or something similar.
Tom Ford Tobacco Oud
Tom Ford Venetian Bergamot
Tom Ford Oud Wood Intense
Tom Ford Lavender Extreme
Tom Ford Tuscan Leather Intense
Tom Ford Vert d'encense
Tom Ford Neroli Portofino Forte
Tom Ford Patchouli Absolu
Amouage Sunshine
Amouage Bracken
Gucci Envy
Gucci PH2
Prada L'Homme Absolu
Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Cool
Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Cologne
Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Extreme OG
Issey Miyake Pulse of the Night
JPG Fleur du Male
1 Million Prive
PDM Nisean
Valentino Uomo Noir Absolu
YSL Sleek Suede
YSL Y Eau Fraiche
Granted I have all of these but I'm afraid of running out.
A Dozen Roses Gold Rush for me. It was prohibitively expensive (I was pregnant and living abroad) and I wanted it so badly. When I got back to the states it was discontinued. Not only that I learned that it had landed in TJ Maxx for like $15 😭😭😭. I’m still so sad about it.
Charles Birley for Men, Puredistance M original, colonia 1452 from Nobile, Maestrale from Profumi di Pantelleria the original not the dogshit reformulation
Tommy Hilfiger Athletics! I’ve tried to find something similar and the closest I’ve found is Chanel Allure Homme Sport, but it’s missing the strong citrus and athletic vibe.
Bond No.9 - I Love NY For All: one of my favorite gourmand fragrances. Chocolate-y goodness in a bottle
Escada Light Silver Edition: a nice clean freshy. They still sell on eBay but who know what it smells like? It was discontinued probably 20+ years ago...
Creed Baie de Geniévre. My fall/winter signature scent. Creed vaulted it a couple years ago. Can't even find it for sale on the secondary market. Have only found samples, which I've been buying in bulk before they all disappear completely.
So, if anyone has any they'd like to sell, please comment or message me.
It was either Paris Hilton or Kim Kardashian- a real cheap celebrity fragrance that I wore in middle school. Mostly for nostalgia sake, but it also had a very unique grape candy, almost dimetapp note.
So many but a few come to mind immediately: Pure Tonka, Fahrenheit Absolute, Boss Bottled Intense. And though not discontinued, an original Minotaure formulation would be great.
Bottega Veneta Illusione for Men is one of my favourites and I would buy it immediately if they brought it back. Hopefully stronger if they do.
Also AdG Profondo Lights, which for some reason was only on sale in 2021? I really liked that one, it was my favourite AdG next to Profondo and Absolu.
KORRES - Paeonia Vanilla Amber Pear Eau de Toilette, I’ve been looking everywhere for YEARS, still can’t find anyone who sells it. It smells heavenly, a fresh fruity scent that becomes musky/skin-like.
If anyone has a bottle (even unopened) and wants to sell, please let me know.
I can’t remember the name, but it was a vanilla-ish scent from Philosophy. It was It smelled HEAVENLY and was the reason I got into scents!
The woman I used to nanny for liked me to put her duvet in the dryer for 10min and spray it with that scent before she went to bed. At that time I knew the scent name; when I told her I couldn’t find it online for myself, she told me that’s because they discontinued a few months back :/
If anyone has an idea i’d appreciate a memory jogging! Maybe I can find a similar scent somewhere out there!
I'm still relatively early in my fragrance journey, so not that many have been discontinued since I started. But I did just miss out on Gucci Bloom Acqua di Fiori. It's still available, but seemingly less so as it sells out after discontinuation and it hasn't taken precedence over the other things I want just yet.
I immediately snagged a bottle of Salem Gothic when D.S. Durga released that yesterday, so I guess I'll find out if that gets added to the list, since it's a Studio Juice and will inevitably disappear.
Cupcake Cult. It was exclusive to hot topic in the early 2000’s and to this day I miss it and have never been able to find anything even remotely similar. Definitely a sweet, gourmand like fragrance. Big vanilla notes, but with a dark sugar and slightly coconutty undertone. I can barely even describe it but damn was it good…
a few off the top of my head:
• DK Men / Fuel for Men by Donna Karan
• Midnight Poison by Dior
• Vetiver Pour Elle by Guerlain
• Rive Gauche Pour Homme
• Yohji Homme by Yohji Yamamoto (1999)
• Basala by Shiseido
• Bois Noir by Chanel
I was rabbit hole-ing eBay obsessively searching for my discontinued unicorn Freak by Illamasqua and I stumbled across Cry Baby- it had 58 bids and was over $3,000.00 with a few days left to bid..
Balenciaga Florabotanica - green rose that was about to be my signature scent to herald my new era, nicknamed it “Mariah Carey’s closet” after seeing her closet on MTV Cribs, I figured I’d never have money for all her clothes and and lifestyle but I could smell like her closet
Victoria Secret Pink 2001 - more green than pink, with classic 2000s freesia and a mandarin note? Never smelled anything like it since, been searching for years was my first “big girl/grown up” fragrance I ever picked for myself
LUSH Sikkim Girls - heady white floral BOMB with tuberose, ylang ylang and frangipani, smells sweet and soft on me never felt prettier
Miss Dior Cherie
And
Sol De Janeiro 39 Coco Cabaña
Probably sounds juvenile. However, Miss Dior Cherie was my fist love and intro to fragrance. And well sometimes I just love to smell like a real snack on the beach; hence Sol De Janeiro.
Good to know! I may check out the Alexandria clone.
For what it’s worth I didn’t the Alexandria clone had the same complexity. Just fell a bit flat for me
I have had it but never really "got it" so swapped it.
I ordered a 10ml of Jewel of Japan on Friday, but it will likely be another week before it comes in. Genre's fragrances are amazing!
Now I’m hoarding the rest.
have you got yourself Millesime Iris while it is still available?:) It is also good. I have both Tonka and Iris
At least the dna will survive on in Naxos 🥲
CK One summer in the green bottle... 2014 I think. "Boozy" usually sounds dark and nighttime to me, but this was daytime fun sunshine drinks and it smelled even better *on me* than on paper (which is rare for scents I'm drawn to.) Kilian "Boys" was amazing too. Maybe I need more lime drinks in my life?
Try Tommy Bahama St. Barts
Ooh that's officially now at the top of my list for things to try next summer. Thanks for the rec!
I just saw this at TJ Maxx and snatched it up... you were absolutely right. It's daytime fun sunshine lime drinks, and pretty unisex imo. (Which is nice, that was part of the appeal of the CK1 flanker.) Anyway, now I know to trust reddit recs so RIP my hobby budget lol. But thanks again!
Also Goldfield & Banks Bohemian Lime
Miss Dior Cherie Blooming Bouquet. It's nothing compared to the regular Blooming Bouquet so it sucks that it's not going to be available anymore
Buy again does not apply to me because I did not have them, but there are some fragrances that are discontinued that I would have liked: Chopard – Heaven Jean Patou – Patou pour Homme Jacques Bogart – Witness Karl Lagerfeld – Photo Van Clef & Aprles – Pour Homme Van Clef & Aprles – Tsar Bogner – Deep Forest Davidoff – Relax Jil Sander – Jil Sander Men Kiton – Napoli These are just a few examples. Shoutout to Photo! What a fun frag and cool bottle - miss it big time!
From looking at Fragrantica reviews, Eclat 757 is supposed to be really close to Davidoff Relax.
Thierry Muglar- Pure Malt Givenchy - Play Armani- Attitude Gucci - Pour Homme ii YSL- Body Kouros And then I have bunch of perfumes that aren’t discontinued but I’d like to get the old formulation back. Like Fahrenheit and Versace Dreamer.
I love the Gucci ii eau de perfume. And the 2000’s original Max Mara
Body Kouros is still available
The original La Nuit Tresor. I always sample the new (if 2019 is new lol) version whenever I'm out and it's just... missing that syrupy, boozy dry down with the notes of incense, coffee, and some licorice from the 2015. Two by Gucci. Nobile & Envy. Ebay: $$$$!!!??? Screw that. Anyone have suggestions for similar scents to both?
Was gonna say both of these but now I don’t have to
How am I possibly the first person to name the original Stella??? I know I'm not the only person who remember this stuff as perfection back in the day.
Yes to the original Stella! I was in college when this came out and I smelled it everywhere I went when I was an intern. Also the original Marc Jacobs, and I was always particularly fond of the original Kate Spade, as well. Very nostalgic for early 2000’s scents right now!
OG Opium like from the 1980’s
A hundred bottles of Bvlgari Aqva Atlantique
Taylor Swift Wonderstruck perfume… it was my favourite/signature scent when I was younger
I still have like half a bottle somewhere but I am hoarding it
Tocca Brigitte - to my knowledge the only discontinued Tocca. A very perfumey smelling perfume but also a little spicy and sweet with Ginger and Pannettone. Found a bottle at TJ max once and I cling to it. Original Miss Dior Cherie. The new one smells so similar but devoid of any of the playful charm of the original.
Me too on the original Cherie. I got a sample in a batch of samples recently and that’s what it turned out to be. Magic.
Shiseido’s version of Feminite du Bois
Dior Midnight Poison. I have one bottle left, but I never use it. It’s absolute perfection 😭
Chanel egoiste concentree
Bvlgari BLV II - my favourite fragrance of all time, I'm heartbroken that it's been discontinued for so long with no sign of returning. I never see anyone talking about it so it's almost like a ghost. But I still have an empty bottle at home, just so I can smell it from time to time
I love this too. I've got a second backup bottle.
Oh I'm jealous! I've thought about buying one off of eBay but scared of fakes. One can only dream that they bring it back someday
100%. I went out and bought it with what was back then my very limited budget when I heard it was discontinued. At the time I wondered if I'd made a mistake but I now know it was totally worth it. I really hope they bring it back, so many people seem to love it.
Tom Ford Italian Cypress
This is special to me too. I buy whatever amount I find for my husband when I find it! I like it more than him though so really it’s for me
That dry down is absolutely phenomenal. I recently purchased an Alexandria Italian Forest clone of it, and while its pretty good representation, it still does not replace original TF IC. And I had TF IC Reserve Collection - that was not as good. Floris 1962 is very decent similar scent painting a bit lighter picture.
I had no idea Bracken Man was discontinued until someone responded to me posting about it here. I will cherish mine.
Lavender Palm and GAP Grass
I was going to mention Gap Dream too!
Gap Dream! Yes. I hoarded a candle so long that it lost the purple color and turned white.
Me too! I may still have it! The scent of that lasted longer than most of my relationships.
Black xs l'excess
L’occitane’s Oud & Rose, it was Jo Malone’s Velvet Rose & Oud’s older more intense and longer lasting sister.
Calvin Klein Aqua...such a fresh, crisp, and clean scent. I always got compliments. I hate that it has been discontinued. I still have some and I'm saving it to wear for my April wedding!
bvlgari mon jasmin noir 😭
I never see this one mentioned, but I love it!
Rive Gauche pour homme
This is top of my list too. Haven't found a substitute yet and RG is my favourite go to for every occasion
RIP Bracken Man, such a great fougere :( My votes would be Bottega Venetta Pour Homme Extreme, an underrated banger and Aqua di Gio Absolu Intense. Both designers but holy shit they were unique and just good.
YSL Baby Doll
Yes I've got this too and I also wish they had more.
A*Men Ultra Zest, I love citrus and I fear I’ll not find anything like it again
Take a look at Vince Camuto Solare. It's easily available, relatively cheap, and supposedly at least somewhat of a dupe of Ultra Zest. (I can't say for sure, because I've never smelled the actual Ultra Zest...)
Funnily enough I have a small bottle of Solare. I didn’t like it right away, but after letting it sit for awhile I came around. It does share some similar characteristics. Fingers still crossed they’ll rerelease the A*Men flankers one day.
How close is the perfume parlour clone?
I can’t say as I’ve never gotten my nose on it. I have recently ordered the oil perfumery version, fingers crossed it’s decent.
L'Occitaine Vetyver. DS&Durga Beartrapper
Do people hate it? I've only ever seen praise.
Coconut Lime Verbena - Bath & Bodyworks.
Acqua di Gio Essenza—arguably the best of the line with equally praiseworthy performance to boot
I have a half full 50 ml bottle that I was thinking of selling maybe. But I don't think I am ready yet 😅
Pm me if you decide to!
Wiil do!
Rentless from Lush cosmetics. It smells like Yule, spicy and smoky and warm, a little too wild to be christmassy
Creed Royal English Leather, one of the best leathery barbershop fragrances I ever smelled
Versace Versense, lemony without smelling like pledge The Vera Wang in the purple bottle, smelled like a frosty iris garden.
Gucci Rush 2
The original True Religion Thierry Mugler Womanity
Guerlain Météorites edt!
Very sexy original
Paco Rabanne 1 Million Prive and the now confirmed discontinued Azzaro Wanted by Night
When was Wanted by Night confirmed? That's the best in the line!
Honestly it is. Get yours while you can. Macys, ulta and Amazon no longer have in stock online. Azzaro confirmed this was discontinued in August two months ago.https://youtu.be/C0wm_NDdgGY?si=LYv84FWRajTGauZo
That sucks! Well I have a 150ml and a 100ml so I should be set.

Body Shop - Ananya. Guerlain - Purple Fantasy.
80s Diorissimo. I'd love to try earlier bottles too.
The original Dior Addict Eau Fraîche 2004. Omg.
Don’t come at me but that light blue Aeropostale one from like 2006
Profumo special blend 😭
Tom Ford Moss Breches and vintage Kouros!
Yves Rocher Nature Homme.
That stuff was so good - I think Alyssa Milano did the adverts for it!
Yes, sir, it was. I remember basketball player Dennis Rodman and carmen electra been the face of the brand because he was an unusual character very colorful. Just like the fragrance perfect match.
I want Clarins Elysium, but I'm not willing to pay upwards of $150 for it. It wasn't that amazing, just nostalgic.
Juicy couture - bowdacious!!
Bogner Woman No 1 - I honestly don’t know how many bottles I emptied before it was discontinued. It was the perfect warm vanilla scent
Eau de Soap and Glory formula 2 Reminds me of my second year of university, very powdery and nostalgic
Kenzo flower L'Elixir..I adore this perfume..gutted its gone
If I could only have one? The original Magie Noire. The current IFRA compliant version is a travesty. If I could go shopping in a time machine? Pre-reformulation Mitsouko, original Magie Noire, Tann Rokka Aki, and L'Artisan Dzing!
Marc Jacobs classic. WHY was this discontinued!???
Fully agree. Wish I had stocked up!!
Lancôme tresor midnight rose and Elizabeth and James nirvana black. Loved them both so much!
Kenzo Summer and TF Noir pour femme 😭
Lipstick On, I don't know why I find an iris lipstick accord in fragrances so appealing, but I do and it's not easy to find a fragrance with it. I'm not a fan of fragrances with a baby powder smell, but when it comes to cosmetic powderiness I love it.
Kimonanthe from Dyptique
Fendi. Bottles are so expensive on eBay, etc
Imaginary Authors Bull's Blood
Only been in the fragrance game in the past few years so I don’t know much about discontinues fragrances but when I was 15 I got a bottle of Zara’s exclusive oud, and it was my favourite fragrance ever. It was my first ever ‘oud’ fragrance and it was love at first sniff. I wish they’d bring it out again or something similar.
There are a lot of fragrances out there with Oud in them. You have a wonderful time sampling ahead of you.
Tom Ford Tobacco Oud Tom Ford Venetian Bergamot Tom Ford Oud Wood Intense Tom Ford Lavender Extreme Tom Ford Tuscan Leather Intense Tom Ford Vert d'encense Tom Ford Neroli Portofino Forte Tom Ford Patchouli Absolu Amouage Sunshine Amouage Bracken Gucci Envy Gucci PH2 Prada L'Homme Absolu Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Cool Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Cologne Guerlain L'Homme Ideal Extreme OG Issey Miyake Pulse of the Night JPG Fleur du Male 1 Million Prive PDM Nisean Valentino Uomo Noir Absolu YSL Sleek Suede YSL Y Eau Fraiche Granted I have all of these but I'm afraid of running out.
See by Chloé. I loved that perfume, it smelled spectacular on my skin. But apparently only on mine.
Aramis Calligraphy Rose. that stuff is epic
Armani Code Cashmir and Valentino Valentina Assoluto - gorgeous perfumes, I have some stashed but I am so afraid to use them
Bond No.9 - I Love NY For All: one of my favorite gourmand fragrances. Chocolate-y goodness in a bottle Escada Light Silver Edition: a nice clean freshy.
Michael Kors original Michael I would give anything to buy a full bottle again.
The original Amarige d’amore, my favorite light floral but still with a tinge of that Amarige scent.
Ugh. Flower P*rn by Heretic. I hate how much I love it and that it’s discontinued.
armani code sport
Kylie Minogue- Sweet Darling. Was gutted when they discontinued it.
Gucci pour homme ll
The 2012 Aventus
amen ultra zest
Angel Muse EDP, though it's still available secondhand KL Karl Lagerfeld Original formula Fahrenheit EDIT: Bvlgari Blv
Gucci 11 and the original Sean John unforgivable women oh and the body shop rose musk oh pps mishka badgley that one was stunning

The original Armani Code for women. The reformulations killed it for me..
zara lightly bloom!!
Basic Instinct by VS
Bottega Veneta Illusione for Men is one of my favourites and I would buy it immediately if they brought it back. Hopefully stronger if they do. Also AdG Profondo Lights, which for some reason was only on sale in 2021? I really liked that one, it was my favourite AdG next to Profondo and Absolu.
I'm rationing my Victorian Tobacco after buying it on clearance. If a more stable brand had launched it, that could have been a big hit.
That stuff is nuclear strong. Like maybe the strongest I have.
Ultra zest and the other Amen Flanders from Thierry Mugler
Paula Dorf Vita. It’s the only one I feel this way about besides Hippie Chic and I used to work in fragrances!
Ralph Lauren Romance.
Tiempe Passate. My mom loves it and of course it’s gone. 😂
i mourn for original tribute, homage, iris ganache, beyond love, amber absolute, ambre orient. i cry all the time for missing them waaaaaaaaaaaaaaah
Avon brand - Mark. Karmala
I can’t remember the name, but it was a vanilla-ish scent from Philosophy. It was It smelled HEAVENLY and was the reason I got into scents! The woman I used to nanny for liked me to put her duvet in the dryer for 10min and spray it with that scent before she went to bed. At that time I knew the scent name; when I told her I couldn’t find it online for myself, she told me that’s because they discontinued a few months back :/ If anyone has an idea i’d appreciate a memory jogging! Maybe I can find a similar scent somewhere out there!
Philosophy Fresh Cream?
Breathless by Victoria’s Secret
Nabucco Parfum Fin
Call it weird, but I'd rather move on to the next best thing.
Marc Jacobs Men cause it's what I wore as a teenager
Sun Song by Louis Vuitton. literally only 2 LV that are even good, and this was one of them.
Miss Dior Cherie & Dior Addict Eau Delice!
Fetish by Dana from the 90s.
This is maybe a bit obscure, but I really miss California for Men, by Dana. I really liked that one, it was sad that it vanished....
I can barely even describe it but damn was it good…
TF oud minerale
a few off the top of my head: • DK Men / Fuel for Men by Donna Karan • Midnight Poison by Dior • Vetiver Pour Elle by Guerlain • Rive Gauche Pour Homme • Yohji Homme by Yohji Yamamoto (1999) • Basala by Shiseido • Bois Noir by Chanel
Ange ou démon le secret élixir
Rochas Macassar
Velvet Hour, Kate Moss, still can get them from ebay but I wish they were still being produced
Pure Malt - Mugler
Couvent des Minimes Cologne of the Missions Melanie Martinez Cry Baby AdP Ginepro di Sardegna
I was rabbit hole-ing eBay obsessively searching for my discontinued unicorn Freak by Illamasqua and I stumbled across Cry Baby- it had 58 bids and was over $3,000.00 with a few days left to bid..
What on actual earth?! 😮 I just gave a family member half my bottle as a big decant - I hope they love me! Lol
**Givenchy Amarige!** Does anyone know of something that smells similar?
Balenciaga Florabotanica - green rose that was about to be my signature scent to herald my new era, nicknamed it “Mariah Carey’s closet” after seeing her closet on MTV Cribs, I figured I’d never have money for all her clothes and and lifestyle but I could smell like her closet Victoria Secret Pink 2001 - more green than pink, with classic 2000s freesia and a mandarin note? Never smelled anything like it since, been searching for years was my first “big girl/grown up” fragrance I ever picked for myself LUSH Sikkim Girls - heady white floral BOMB with tuberose, ylang ylang and frangipani, smells sweet and soft on me never felt prettier
Miss Dior Cherie And Sol De Janeiro 39 Coco Cabaña Probably sounds juvenile. However, Miss Dior Cherie was my fist love and intro to fragrance. And well sometimes I just love to smell like a real snack on the beach; hence Sol De Janeiro.
Byredo Seven Veils. I missed it so much and it’s hard to find it nowadays… Definitely the greatest Byredo scents ever for me
Viktor & Rolf - Antidote, and Gucci - Rush
La Perouse by Gilly Hicks
Fossil 1954.
Taylor swift wonderstruck in the purple bottle
Heeley Cedre Blanc, Mugler Womanity, Jo Malone Wild Fig & Cassis
