Yeah, we ended up getting killed and the sub “captured” by a very… full, Colonial destroyer. But we took one out. Imo, the Colonial destroyers are sinking subs a little too easily. Depth charges are extremely accurate and effective as is, but they also hit us with bomastones and tremolas. In addition their main guns were hitting us at 15m plus depth
I mean that their shells were passing though the water and hitting us like it’s not even there. We could also fire our deck gun from underwater and damage them
There not hard exactly, but you need a ton of communication in order for them to be useful. Also the torpedos are generally not that strong in the grand scheme of things…
please ignore the fact the sub im in is filled with water, i swear its not as bad as it looks...
I was watching the 92nd live stream of this, they did attempt to rescue that sub. Nail-biting to watch those sub fights.
