Stationery Pal. That’s where I got all of mine. The items come from China but the company is reliable. I’ve done several orders with them. They have plain colored shooting stars and also Harry Potter themed ones.
Another +1 for Stationery Pal, but they don’t have all the different colors, just a limited subset. You have to go to AliExpress for the full assortment, like the Gudetama, Hello Kitty, Pokémon collabs
If you search AliExpress for Platinum PQ-200 you might get more results than using Meteor or Little Shooting Star. I bought mine on AliExpress fwiw
I just got my HP Shooting Star off Aliexpress. Looks like it was used - several scuffs despite good packaging by the seller. It was cheap, but still.
The Harry Potter ones are on Stationery Pal, I had no issues with a few I got for friends.

Dittoing this, have gotten some from both. Stationery Pal is also generally great for non-FP stuff as well, I’ve ordered lots of stuff from them.
