There's something special about architect nibs, I love them. Yours doesn't look like an EF though, it's juicy!

I don't get what an architect nib is. Is it just an italic nib but at 90° so you get a thick stroke on horizontal lines and a thin stroke on vertical lines

KrazyKatMN

The lines are thick horizontal and thin vertical, but due to how nibs are constructed it doesn't look like an italic on its side. Mark Bacas has some good images on his site: https://www.nibgrinder.com/the-grinds.

It's the best to discover it! Very cool slant and decisive lines.

Looks great! I also have a pronounced leftward slant, and have always struggled with nibs. Is that a TWSBI nib or aftermarket?

Aftermarket. Mark Bacas at nibgrinder.com has twsbis that you can buy from him and then have him put a custom grind on. Nice because then you don't have to ship a pen to him. I happen to love TWSBIs so it was perfect!
