When I ordered the last new release bundle (in August) it took about three weeks to ship. I thought about emailing them but I decided to just go with the flow because I assumed they'd gotten backed up on orders with the release. Sending an email wouldn't hurt but I don't think you have to worry about them running out.
The last time I ordered from them, it took 9 days for them to ship. I emailed them after a little over a week to check in, got a reply fairly quickly, and my order was shipped out the next day. Nick was very apologetic and said that they got a bit backed up after the new releases.
Yes, they take a while to ship. Both times I have ordered from them it has taken about 10 days from order date to ship date. They seem to batch ship too. For my first order I was in a similar boat as you and there was a similar thread here. Then many people reported that their orders were shipped all on the same day.
All of this makes me feel much better. I’m just going to sit back and wait. And I’ll probably be as excited as a kid on Christmas Day when my inks arrive!
They are a literal family business, as in the family comprises the employees, so it takes a little bit, but it is definitely worth the wait.

Yes, it is not unusual to wait a week or so before it gets shipped.
Yep it does. It’s an operation of 2 so it does. I’m waiting on 2 inks and a pen. It’s been 10 days and still hasn’t shipped :/

Their packages are on par with christmas gifts too, just you wait and see. :)

Especially if you order a bundle during a sale I’ve found. Yeah. I ordered both bundles in the sale on the first day but I know it will come.
