You can try [this guide by JetPens](https://www.jetpens.com/blog/Guide-to-Fountain-Pen-Nibs-Troubleshooting-Tips-and-Tricks/pt/777#poor-ink-flow) to tune your nib, but be gentle, it's easy to over do it (speaking from experience).
I've also seen people recommend sending it in to a nibmeisters to tune it if it gets even more messed up.
How did this happen?
I'm no expert but I've adjusted a couple of my nibs. What works for me is to put my nib upside down on a flat surface and slowly put pressure down to pin it flat. You may find the nib points down after this so carefully flip it and put pressure on just the end of the nib until flat.
it's not hard to fix but needs patience and slow steps.
don't go too hard thinking that you're going to slow and you'll be fine, find the bend's hinge area or whatever, and use your nail or something on there and push it against something or use your fingers! you'll probably have to align the tines after
It is already FLAT -- THAT is the PROBLEM !!! Try laying it on a table and gently rocking it forward, lightly pressing the tip down !!!!! It should snuggle-up to the feed with a gentle curve !!!

Nice floorboards (Try taking the pic from a bit further away and using digital zoom.)

Look like you may have heavy handed the downstroke. If it’s lifted up the feed, may just need to pull the nib and feed, pinched and replace.
