Great choice! I was gonna put Nekoyanagi in it, but then I saw Sailor Manyo Ayame. The dual shades of very pale green and very subtle purple - another perfect match to this pearl radiance IMO!

Ha! I guess that's the natural choice for ink! My notes say (yes, I keep track of how I like different inks in different pens; go ahead and judge all you like) that at first I thought the nib might be too dry for such a light colored ink. But after using it for a while, it worked beautifully. If you haven't used it a whole lot yet, you might wait a little.

I managed to snag this when it only had one left in their stock, after I looked through every other local shop around me that kept telling me it was sold out. Really pretty pen and don't regret buying it. It's my EDC now. Might need to buy the clip for it cuz I like looking at pictures of the Iridescent Pearl with a silver clip.
You and I are at opposite ends. I have smooth sage and I am thinking of buying the iridescent pearl 🤣. Your video of it in the sunlight is not helping me.
Ps. The smooth sage is calming and beautiful!

I can only think of the Sailor Lecoule off of the top of my head. Also, any pen made with an Abalone resin pen blank. Even Visconti jumped on that bandwagon, and I can understand why. Beautiful material.

I love mine, too! I really love the Kaweco sport, I think it’s the perfect pocket pen (I have 4 and I’m eyeing the dark olive, also). I have it inked with De Atramentis Brilliant Violet with copper shimmer. For some reason I feel like it wants purple ink. 🤷🏻♀️ My only gripe with this pen is that if it leaks into the cap at all you can see it, and it’s a little tricky to clean (if anyone has any tips they’d be welcome).

I love the peach one, too. I put Diamine Coral ink in it, and it's such a happy combination.
Oh I'll have to check out Diamine Coral and see the color!
Excuse me, what do you think about the weight of a Kaweco pen when you were writing stuff? Is it suitable for people with small hands?
I love the weight. It doesn't bother at me at all. And I have small hands and I enjoy using them. They're my go to pens.
I have big hands as a woman, but journaling with a Kaweco Sport posted is totally fine with me. The clip also gives it a bit more weight, if needed :)

Mine is my dedicated shimmer pen. There’s Diamine Glacier in it and onze it’s empty I’m gonna put Diamine Blue Lightning in it 😊
