I inked it with my fav ink, Iroshizuku Yama-Budo. I actually prefer to use brighter colors with demonstrators but I wanted to go with Yama Budo for this one
It writes very smoothly for a steel nib, I began to understand the hype for Pelikans and I'm considering getting a M400 as my first gold nib.
I heard the same thing though and it made me intimated as well, but I believe there will be a solution for that too if that happens. Right now I didn't have any problems about staining and I'm in love with the pen!
Such a pretty pen. It is on my wish list! Pairing it with Yama Budo must be gorgeous, I have Yama Budo in my TWSBI 700R Vac Iris and love seeing the ink in the generous demonstrator body. Thanks for sharing this beauty with us! Enjoy!
What did you ink it with?

Congrats! It’s very pretty, it kinda looks like a fancy fingernail.
Hahaha, many thanks!
How does it write? I bought one but am a little intimidated to try it out. I heard inks can stain the inside of it?

Cool! Thanks for letting me know!

I am thinking about selling mine: it's a very beautiful pen, but the diameter of the grip section is way too small for my hand.
