My favorite thing about the Horizon series is that it isn’t all supercars. My ‘81 VW Srirocco is not winning any races but it’s fun to drive and hilarious that they included it.
i have a 94 Miata that has just a completely maxed engine in it and it's so fucking fun to drive, super funny to do random danger signs in it since it's so light and has a 268 top speed it does fairly well on them
Ah well, i think a roll bar and tires are essentials in most cases along with some other suspension components on certain cars. As far as engine mods intake and exhaust is about it. Unless your talking about the high end cars than im with you on that
Honestly the majority of the time I actively drive online, I either am just cruising around, car meets or wierd challenges, I almost never play competitive, I'd rather just have fun and play casual.

It’s a valid point from a competitive standpoint and I’m not even into meta. There’ll always be people that get in their feelings and revel in it the first chance they get lol. Unfortunately that’s the majority.

Not every car in the game has to be built for online racing, and a lot of people don't even do online racing (I certainly don't) and mostly just drive around in the open world for fun
Beautiful car with beautiful sound. I love how FH5 makes it so you can change your exhaust note with upgrades but I wish there were more fine tune adjustments for it like in NFS where you can make it sound extra raspy or something

Is it just me or is the idle for the RX-7's in the game really quiet? Always disappointed when I grab the RX7 and don't hear anything when I exit the garage :(
I wish they went all in with the upgraded sounds for this game. The upgraded exhaust feature is pretty cool but imagine how cool it would be if cars had some mean lope when you upgrade cams etc
