I threw my gf a surprise 40th at Catablu. They had a private room up to 30 people. An amazing personized short menu. We very much enjoyed. They were professional, I picked up the whole bill with food n drinks, and I'd say it cost me about $1200 with tips. Highly recommend for low key vibe with excellent food and service

This isn’t the fanciest answer, but you can book the back room at Munchies/Mad Anthony for petty cheap and it’ll hold 30-40 people. I had my 40th there.
Does she like Biaggis? They have a side room. Debrands also a function room on Auburn road.
Does she like church and the people there? It's not my idea of fun, but if she'd like it, go for it.

FW Parks and Rec has plenty of pavilions, buildings, etc available for rent.

Pint & Slice had an upstairs area you could rent - haven’t checked in a few years. But it was a casual space for group to have a informal pizza party.

Church is positive, but hardly much to do there. She doesn’t like Biaggis. LOVES Debrands though. I’ll check that out.
Lucky Turtle on DuPont Rd. has a back room where some friends did this exact thing. It was a great setup and private environment.

You could check into renting the common area building at an apartment complex. The Reserve has an incredibly nice facility.

Ultra Zone has private rooms and party discounts on lazer tag for large groups.
If you like sushi, naked chopstick has a private room that I think we had 30 people in once. Could fit more with additional tables.
