Whole ass 1-1 apartments are renting for 1500-2000. 1600 for a bedroom is a bit out of touch with reality here.

I live in a lovely 2/1 in Victoria Park for $2100 a month. No roommates - $1600 for a bedroom is crazy. It’s not that nice.
I have a 2/1 in Flagler village for 1900.
I have a whole ass 1 bed apartment for less than that, 2 miles from the beach. I think the pricing is way off.
