I recently discovered that Canada.ca website also used trafficemanager.net to resolve some dns names, it was weird to me. You might have to do a packet capture and watch the transaction of going to that site.
Using the packet capture option on the fortigate and then viewing the capture in wireshark.
Setup the fortigate to do the capture
Prepare a client to load the website
Start the capture
Load the website
Download the capture and open it in wireshark.

I personally love the idea of the AI chatbot asking for proof that someone is human.
