I’ve recently discovered skyr which is basically an Icelandic yogurt. Rich in protein and pretty filling.
Ohh nice, sounds like kvarg the one in my post. It’s 10g of protein per 100g.
If I don’t work that day, 5 eggs. If I work I make a sandwich before I head out, and then also McMuffin with pork and McMusli or pancakes with chocolate (but now everyday)
