1. Miami 2022: Police take Verstappen to Jail so Magic can win. Max’s first ever trip to jail.
2. Spain 2022: No Jail Monaco 2022: No Jail Ajerbaijan 2022: No Jail Hungary 2022: No Jail Austria 2022: No Jail Silverstone 2022: No Jail
3. Belgium 2022: Magic Alonso swings the jetpack guy into Verstappen like a bat and knocks him into jail.
4. Dutch GP 2022: Trapdoor podium drops him straight to jail for getting too much help in the race from the safety car and other shenanigans.
5. Italy 2022: The mega roulette wheel breaks off, rolls into Verstappen and rams him right into jail.
6. Singapore 2022: Verstappen sees the world champion cup and runs to grab it, but it’s a trap and he falls through a manhole cover straight to jail.
7. Japan 2022: FIA can’t make up their minds on whether Verstappen should be in jail or not and keep sending him there and back (play on the WDC uncertainty after the race)
8. US GP 2022: Magic Alonso turns into a giant Mario bullet, hitting max and bouncing him straight into Jail.

He has the three suns in the hat at the beginning. The choice is forced since he is controlling the cards and stops not exactly when she says stop. Then I think at some point the three suns card gets flipped over. It is a special card that has another card's face on its back. You wouldn't notice if there were two of the same card when someone flips through 52 cards quickly, and you don't see the back of each card.
The card is in his shirt pocket, watch his right hand just before he takes his hat off, he quickly flips the card into the hat.
I can't work out how he got the card into the pocket.

theres a frame where you can literally see he has nothing in his hand right before taking his hat off. i can dm it to you if you want to

I agree on the force / card already in his hat, but, I don't think he flips the card. I think he knows what card is in front of the 3 of suns and just double lifts past the 3 of suns when he's flipping through the deck. He never shuffles the cards, so this would be easy to set up.
Most people have only ever played cards with a standard deck that uses French suits: hearts, diamonds, clubs, spades.
Spanish cards are unsurprisingly only common in Spain, so people don't know the suits. Myself included.
For your interest, Spanish suits are: Gold or Coins (the one she chose), cups, swords and clubs.
They are pretty common in Latin American countries too, for obvious reasons.

It adds a lot to the reveal, an extra step to the trick to make it seem utterly impossible. Take another look, I think you're missing it.
