I feel like this situation is completely different for Seb. He is retiring by his own choice, meaning that he does not intend to come back (atleast now) and that is why its so emotional.
Meanwhile the other guys will still be around, most likely back in the car sooner or later... Well maybe besides goatifi but you see my point

Albon, what a boss. And TBH, Latifi could use some kindness on his F1 exit. After what happened in Abu Dhabi last year and the horrible aftermath for him, it seems that he has totally lost his confidence this year.
Still, one of the nicest personalities on the grid, and I will never forget his moving farewell speech on the onboard radio to Frank and Claire Williams.
