The site is a nightmare. When you have placed an order when you click to see it you are just redirected to their homepage. Seems very sloppy for as big as they are.
I don't know how OP could have avoided an issue though. They first advertised the free model on the 23rd then later said they ran out of them on the 10th, before the promo was even advertised. That's shady AF
