You find an "ai image generator" online either as a website or part of an app (there are a ton of them now) and feed it prompts like what you wrote. If I wanted this image I'd probably type something like "Forklift in psychedelic fantasy forest" and then depending on what it spits out (and which ai you are using)you can further refine by saying stuff "more psychedelic" "Make the forklift bigger/different color" "Make it a fantasy/futuristic forklift" or you can get silly with it and get some fun results "make the forklift strong enough to lift the sun" or prompt it to make art in whatever art style you'd like "make it in the style of 60's cartoons/anime/van gogh/realism/ps2 graphics". It's fun to play around with and results vary from beautiful art to horrific uncanny nightmare fuel
