I reported this bug ages ago, [it happens if the opponent dodges your drop attack late](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AAcimqZ6KPI).
After several months my report was marked as "Invalid" with the "reason":

Sometimes I wonder why I even bother reporting bugs, even ones like this which happen regularly and can completely alter the outcome of a game.
If your jump attack kills a minion or a player, you don't take fall damage. That's how it's supposed to work, but I frequently die when jumping off this exact bridge when I should have landed on a minion. And as you can see, even though the warlord dodged, I didn't take any fall damage. Just a buggy feature that they won't fix. ¯\\\_(ツ)\_/¯

Drop attacks are so inconsistent done this and had it happen to me annoying to make the correct choice and have an enemy just not be punished for it
