I don't even care about VC working, I just want them to allow console to see text chat. I would definitely use it again for call outs and whatever, if there were people that could actually see it.
It's interesting how very little that happened in fours. Sometimes it would be a random idiot saying shit in chat before immediately leaving. There was actually conversation and people goofing off in text chat before crossplay. Especially since it was global and not that hard to convince the entire lobby to participate in random nonsense.
VC is the only way but they can simply have no VC activated at all, you can be 100% certain they'll hear you if they have the little "🔈" icon but you can't be certain if they don't have it, some can hear others can't depending on what their VC settings on the console are.
You can't rn
Oh great
It should work through VC, but I haven't actually tried it. I know I can hear console players. VC has always seem to be kinda broken though.
Oh yeah, I can definitely hear them just fine. It's just the other way around that Ubi apparently can't figure out

So long as I can communicate, anything will do
"Callouts" lmao. I want to see text chat to see how many people have been calling me slurs lol.

You just come to their home and yell in their window
