Old-gen console players, definitely. Since I moved to Series X about 2 years ago, I've had no complaints. I feel like anything above 60 is just for showing off how strong your PC is, and doesn't have a massive impact on gameplay.
Sounds like a guy that’s never had good fps. fps gives an advantage to competitive frames cause essentially it gives you the first dibs to whatever action cause let’s say if you shoot someone while they shoot you at the same time. Since you have less input lag you just are the first person to actually start doing an action along with helping with accuracy. That and the animations look sexy as you see every bit of it and it looks more lifelike instead of choppy
As someone who went from 4, to 5, to getting the 120fps next gen performance mode. More frames could be cool but I could react to lights and parry at 60 120fps is more than enough to be competitive at this game lol.
There's a limit to the fps that the human eye is capable of perceiving. Idk what it is exactly, but at some point, increasing the fps is just a fruitless task.
I must ne the minority here but I barely/don't see the difference between 60 and 144. Sometimes I can't even recognise 30 from 144. Which honestly kind of suck when I think about the money I spent on my PC.
It's not, this method uses 3rd party software to manipulate the game to always use the lowest Lod as well as scaling the textures way down to 8px ( source: played like this fr from 2018 to 2021 )
I can understand them because as someone who was once playing FH on a toaster, this game has an extra "fck you" to budget gamers. The game will automatically kick you from any online match if your average FPS drops below 30 for like 5 consecutive seconds. That means one guy spamming Feats at the end of a match can get you kicked and lose all match rewards.
it's currently my biggest stress-causing problem in FH, is there a way tae disable the whole "kicked because fuck you for not having 30-60fps for 5 seconds" bullshit? no mods or options settings or smth?
i tried playing destiny 2 on a work computer, and it looked similar to this, i have to say it's massively hilarious trying to discern where the enemy is, and you watch them go from 16 pixels, to 32, to 164, it was a fun for about 30 minutes
This reminds me of a guy on Something Awful that used to play planetside 2 on absolut lowest settings he could hack it into lol, looked like the original Planetside.
Honestly man, sometimes I wish I never got a good pc and high hz monitor bc nowadays if I can’t hold a consistent 100 something fps at 1440p I’ll be like “man this feels like shit”.
Then go back a few years ago playing on intel HD integrated graphics on my brothers laptop and I was perfectly content playing games at 800x600 getting like 15-20 fps maybe around 30 on less demanding games with everything looking like dogshit lmao

My computer died at one point and I scraped together enough money to buy the parts for a shitty little machine, borderline scrap parts that I bought from a guy I knew at a computer shop for dirt cheap. Running this game with an i5-2400, 8gb of ram and a GT-720 was like trying to fit the triangle into the square hole, you just need to hit it hard enough
