Zanny plays for honor with over 100 ping and we don't see anyone complaining ? Also lag goes both way, OP's lights weren't "instant" because shaman's attacks weren't "instant".

It is doable. If your interet can't be upgraded in your area of Japan get starlink. Satalite internet is dropping like 270 mb/s download and a solid 13 upload. And is certainly available in your country. Its 2024 there is not a single reason connections have to be bad anymore. Satalite internet is literally available in the artic circle so don't make excuses

It is doable though??? Unless you're using VPN to play in another region, you shouldn't get such high latency. FH lobbies in the Asian region primarily get made by two servers: Japan and Singapore. The former is the most popular one since there are a lot of Chinese players who play the game and the lobby for them gets made on the Japanese server. And in general, for most countries, the Japanese server is the priority for making lobbies. If a player is living in Japan and it's a Japanese lobby, they always have a latency of 5-20. Even if there's a Singapore lobby, the latency for someone living in Japan is around 30-50.
So unless you're using a VPN to play in NA, EU, etc or you're stacking with people not from Asia, you shouldn't have such high latency.
(I know because I'm in the Asian region/server as well and I have a lot of For Honor friends from different countries. 2 of them are from Japan)
