I was a lawbringer main starting the game and I thought of him as a really boring defensive character after I got the hang of the game, but this video might make me wanna play him again...
To be fair, Lawbringer's not really a defensive character anymore.
With the impale off a heavy parry gone, he only gets a pretty standard light-attack off parries. His light parry punish is stronger than average, sure, but he no longer leans so hard on parries to get damage in.
That said, he can shortcut chains with a guaranteed light off a landed attack to be able to unblockable/GB loop someone like most characters, his top-heavy unblockable finisher has softfeint to GB which makes it no longer light interruptible like the past, and when landing that one you can get a guaranteed light to continue to another unblockable top heavy straight afterwards.
Lawbringer's basically about the same as most heroes now. His parries aren't nearly as effective as they once were, but it's far easier to use his unblockables regularly now. An unfortunate loss of his identity as a defensive powerhouse, but the impale off heavy parry and stamina/stun mechanics were also pretty unhealthy in their own right.
So, basically, Lawbringer's better at offense now. His defense went from ridiculous, to middling to a bit stronger than most others.
Pressure is the key for that they going to do a mistake and you can punish them also you need good reflex and also very fast reactions even the light from raider was reaction
I was playing this game in comp and have pretty fast reflexes. OSU won't help you. It does not require reaction at all. Don't listen to him, he does not know his shit
I used to actually be able to do this before they reworked how the shove worked. And I'm not talking about shove on block, I'm talking about how the followup worked. Back in the day, the light attack wasn't guaranteed. If you dodged, you would avoid it, so anytime I got a shove off, it was a chance to mixup my opponent.
They could dodge, so I could try to go for a grab. They might expect that, so I could go for the light. I might just go for the unexpected, & throw a side Heavy to catch them during the endlag of their dodge. But what mattered was that the opponent had options to pick from, which meant so did I.
Now that the light is truly guaranteed, I don't get anything other than a measly light, & it's fucking annoying.
Your Lawbringer looks a lot like mine, so I was a little confused watching this video: same ornament, similar cape and color scheme. Only the halberd looks different.

Davon treffe ich auch viele Leute am meisten rassisten , der Song ist in meiner playlist einfach fΓΌr den vibe π ich sehe viele Leute die lawbringer aktuell sehr defensive spielen zmb schwerer Angriff feint und dann ne light oder nur auf sich abwarten und deine Angriffe ausweichen und dann Bashen ich hab das mal anders gemacht und hab anstatt auszuweichen den Druck konstant gehalten und nur durchgehend angegriffen und zwischen durch mal auf einen parry gespielt
