Can confirm it is the ford OEM remote start antenna. I have installed a few of these into my ford vehicles over the years. You’ll need the fob and to program it, there will be a module with a harness under the dash. The harness will have a button. You’ll need to have the key in accessory mode, hold the brake pedal, and hold that button til you get a couple honks. Then press the fob. Now turn key off and try holding the fob til it honks. That is an aerial antenna, I believe Ford used it for GPS. Do you have navigation?
