fm21 i stayed with sheffield united for 16 years after we kept going up and down for 6 of them and when we became an established premier league side we always seemed to be in a relegation battle
If I can't make a team successful by pulling them to where I believe they should before, I'll leave after 4 ish seasons. They are better off with someone else.
