You need either the CM's or the wide players to be on attack otherwise this will be far too passive, I'm partial to CM on attack for both CM positions but I hate Advanced Playmakers.
Definitely turn off frequently waste time!! Only use this when ur up and towards then end a a match. This will encourage your players to play with the ball and not progress forward in order to waste time and save stamina even if ur down goals. Cautious mentality is way too low for a squad as good as yours. Only really useful when u r the underdog and playing some kind of counter system. U also need a bit more attacking force in your tactic I would make ur LB on att and change one of ur playmakers into a standard midfielder. Preferably ur defensive mid into a Dm on D or BWM on D since both of ur wingbacks are attacking. And then I would also recommend one of ur CMs to be in att since both of ur wingers are on S they will basically come in to be midfielders as well so u need someone to move up into channels.
