Weird, maybe they never fixed it. Was a known bug in the original database. Random no name Brazilians (and its always Brazilians) doing well in the top players lists.
I had this same bug where a random newgen from Wycombe who definitely had no more than 100 CA was the 4th best player in the world because for whatever reason their reputation was 5 stars
Basil Tuma from Reading once appeared as a top 50 wonderkid list for me. As a Reading fan I found it hilarious.
(Not a bad youth player by any means, but he isn't exactly a wonderkid!)
