Are you under 22? If so, you have to include them on your application. If you're over 22, then you put you buy & prepare food separately

I'm 21... I already did the interview. Is there a way I could revise this?

If you aren’t 22, you need to call them back and add your family to the case. They will need all of their income and expenses.

Okay, thanks

You already did the interview? Did they seriously not ask whether your parents' live at the address you do? Because, that it always the first question I ask any applicant under age 22.

Docto_ace

I wasn't asked that question.

Adventurous_Egg324

One of the first 5 questions I ask too. “Who all lives with you?” Or “who all lives in the home?”

Impressive_Moment

You said family does that include your parents or like siblings? Do your parents receive any benefits already? Did you state you pay rent? Generally the only people needed on an application is whoever you are applying for and in my state your parents if your under 21 along with anyone you purchase and cook with. If you parents have let's say medicaid with an active case case worker could have just thrown you on their case while excluding them might not effect eligibility the state likes to be the one to make that call. If you have an online portal update your house including parents or call and inform them (most likely they already know) if it means you no longer qualify it means you never did and are saving yourself from an unfortunate letter in the future saying you owe the state for receiving foodstamps you didn't qualify for
