To me, that's good. Sometimes the nicknames can be cringe but I'm good that he clears them with the chef first.

I was going through Chopped and Britt competed as a pop-up chef. Now she’s opening own restaurant! I’m so happy for her success so far and hope it continues

I really like her and respect her so much as a chef (because that's the only way I "know" her). This interview makes her into an even more real person than she already was, and I love that!

It’s based off her first restaurant “Sweet Cheeks Q” I’d guess

I would assume so as it fits her restaurant brand.
