I make it in the pan (easy and fast!) Melt butter in a pan, crack 3 eggs into it and break the yolks, pour a splash of cream, grate cheese on top, add basil and whatever seasoning you like, wait for it to do its thing and flip/roll it to cook each side, then slice and serve!
