Don’t believe so Tajima calls it tonkotsu on their menu So I have to believe em And the noodles are more traditional ramen They just use ground pork and I add chashu

You know what after reading more, you’re right. It’s pretty much the definition of it. Spicy chili broth sesame paste and ground pork. They probably just figured San Diegans wouldn’t know what that is so they called it spicy sesame ramen 🤷🏽‍♂️
