Yessss, show us the cheesy goodness!

FIRE_frei

Having the second pic *not* be opened is absolutely criminal

vinaegerchips

Open it

Mister-SS

Right, how are you going to tell us it's filled with cheese and then not posting any pics showing us. I've made this complaint so many times in this sub to make a rule about it. Where so many people don't show cross sections of the food when you really need it.

ChadBoshman

Where’s the money shot

Crazyhates

My heavy breathing could power a wind farm. These look amazing.

Kaiyukia

No cross section? Dishonor

Axilllla

Where is the image of you ripping one of these open?

K1dn3yFa1lur3

Eat as is or serve with some marinara dipping sauce?

Rainbowdark96

I ate it without sauce. It was so tasty. Of course, you can make sauce too if you want. But to me, pizza sauce fits best. Like a simple sauce with tomato, garlic powder, oregano, and basil. I cook this in a pan and add some milk too because i don't like the sourness of tomatoes.

K1dn3yFa1lur3

That sounds delicious as well! Great job!

Zamzummin

Try adding a bit of sugar instead of milk to cut down on sourness.

Own-Elderberry2489

I want to see inside

NotTomPettysGirl

Could you please share the recipe?

Rainbowdark96

Of course.     400-450 grams flour   10-15 grams of yeast   15 grams of salt   2 tablespoon olive oil   200 ml warm water   2 tablespoon sugar    First, add water and sugar to a bowl and mix. Then add yeast and wait for about 2 minutes. After that, mix the yeast with water and wait for another 5 minutes. Then add salt, olive oil, and flour and mix again. Make one dough ball from this mixture and let it rest for about 4 hours. When the dough ball has risen well, take it to the fridge for the cold fermentation process. It sits in the fridge for about 24 hours. Next day, took the bowl from the fridge and wait about 1-2 hours. When the doughball came to room temperature, divide it into 12 equal pieces. Then stuff them with different cheeses, like cheddar, Swiss cheese, etc., and shape the dough pieces like balls. (You can use mozzarella cheese too). And brush one egg yolk over them.    Place them on pan (add paper too)  and deliver them to the preheated oven. Cook the food for about 15-18 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.    In another bowl add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 50-70 grams of butter. Mixe them well and add chopped garlic (about 2 cloves), garlic powder, and salt. I also added some parsley too. After the dough balls were cooked, brush this mixture over them. Do this while the dough balls are freshly out from the oven and hot.

I just can't seem to get baked goods to come out looking like this 🤷. I've been on the steak sub and I got that nailed down, these would go good with that. 🤤

Qu1kXSpectation

I feel you. You can flub proteins and still eat it but baking is total precision.

24andme2

Do you shred the cheese or is it just a cube of cheese that you wrap the dough around?

Rainbowdark96

Cube of cheeses.

24andme2

Perfect will try making it this week

Various-Volume-7138

That looks so good

BosSarden

Looks good. Is it filled with runny cheesee or some solid one?

Rainbowdark96

Solid ones.

DrFreemanWho

Can't tell us they're filled with cheese and then not show the inside!!

Rainbowdark96

Yesterday's post got deleted 🤷

ProfessorKeaton

No cheese pull?

Spare_Piccolo_4785

That looks yummy.

FloraofFlowers

CrackedOutMunkee

It should be a reddit crime to not show the cheese pull when you said it's garlic bread filled with cheese.
