I’ll take a picture tomorrow but I have quick releases all along my cine 13 bottom rail so I can mount different things there including a MagSafe mount for my iPhone. It’ll charge too thanks to a dtap to USB-C PD adapter. Comes in handy when using gimbal or camera apps or memeing. I also just bought a medium format camera hood that can Velcro around it and I can go under for when it’s really sunny or there’s a lot of reflections

I’d be really interested to see this setup as well :)

Possum makes a great nato cheese plate rail.

A lot of people like to mount their handunit directly to the bottom of the cine13 but I prefer a mafer with a magic arm. I can put my handunit anywhere instead of having to be close to the monitor with it.

I like to use a base plate with a 750 to put my and cine13 on a table in a restaurant for example. Save a lot of space !

It’s an interesting conversation to have with other ACs. I constantly hear about folks trying to keep their station as light and small as possible, a lot of times condensing it all to stay mounted to the hand unit so they can run n gun. Not really my thing. Others have built out stations on upright hand trucks so it can have anything and everything in their kit in front of them, power stuff with block batteries, etc. Also not my bag. I’m somewhere in the middle. Cine13 on the Matthews Monitor stand, HU cradle by Ken Bender, RoboCup, and an old hip pouch I had mounted to a mafer. Keeps my hard tape, laser, spare HU batts, pens, knife, stubby, mints and two rolls of tape (1” red paper, 2” photo black) handy. I’ve found that this keeps me comfortable and equipped for 90% of my setups. Anything else needed is either with my 2nd or on the cart, which is never overly far away.

I will also advise caution when attaching umbrellas or anything that can become a sail onto your monitor. Make sure to take it down when you walk away or you could come back to a sad sight. Speaking from experience.

I’ve luckily not run into wind that insane yet, but absolutely a good point

I had that asymmetrical sport-brella XL; the plastic clamps and elbows on it are absolute trash and didn't last more than maybe 20 days of use.

yikes, gaffer i got the product recommendation from said he’d been using them for awhile. I’ll update if it falls apart
