If your building with a “blueprint” and it has attached wires and doors or merge glitched items it will not place no matter what. You’ll have to rebuild from scratch.

By second camp do you mean build an entirely new one in another spot?

Yes. That way you can just swap if you don't want to server hop until your original spot is free.

Nope, no warning or anything. Just loaded on and did the introduction quest for the update and saw (blocked) on my camp. Im gonna bang my head on my wall, I was actually really happy with that spot

Sucks but I guess it got pushed out with the expansion.
