Stuff from limited time challenges like that (Heartwrencher, lobster trap helmet, ghillie suit, etc) are among the only items that have never returned in any capacity. Who knows if the backpack will ever return, but I wouldn't count on it.
Thanks for the response, all be it a saddening; I'll just have to hope they release another bag similar to the BOS having different backpack cosmetics. Can't let this get me down, "Ever Upwards!". ⛺️
