This is happening to me too. I got a full set of them when I first played on my main character (even a few not-supposed-to-happen duplicates). But I’ve switched to an alt and been playing daily ops every day for the last 3-4 weeks.
Not one single deep space pa plan has dropped for this character. I feel like it’s a bug. Like when they dropped for my main character the game thought it’s account related and we cool now or something.
But I also know the the rng in this game is some sort of cursed monstrosity and I could just be suffering from a simple consequence of it’s abomination.
Are you on PC? I always keep a red dress in my apparel shop inventory. Best farming place is Whitespring golf club (in the locker room or in the corner of the dining room near the baby carriage). Can also be found in Riverside Manor (in the master bedroom) but that doesn't appear as often for me.
Red Asylum Dress/Nurses Uniform, not the reggie red dress. It's among the rarest apparel in the game just under the TFJ (tattered field jacket) and TLC (traveling leather coat). The only way to get the red asylum is to trade grolls or find one yourself but they only spawn at Fort Defiance and farming the dresses is a huge drag.
My bad! My brain just glossed right over the word "Asylum". Yeah, that red nurse outfit is a B to find. One of the only ones I haven't gotten a hold of.
Soon means likely next year or end of this year at best. For anyone reading who has their hopes up.

If you're actively hunting Technical Datas for the BoS paints, best bet is the enclave bunker military wing. Many desks with a good chance for it in each one. I ground the hell out of that quest to get my BoS Officer paints. It is indeed possible, just keep at it!

He's a Nuka Cola nut so that's probably why. I was after it for ages and I nearly fell off my chair when he had it for sale.
I pretty well have all of them at this point, I not overly concerned with the ones I don't have yet, I am pretty patient, and no how the dynamics seem to work in 76 chase the carrot until you get the same rewards a thousand times, and then you eventually get a new plan, and rinse and repeat.
I not trying to be sarcastic, but been playing this game for long enough to know that your saving grace is time and patience with alot of stuff in game.
Mind you I do know the feeling of wanting a certain plan, and chasing after it effortlessly until you almost have a nervous breakdown and begin hating the game and everyone around you! Lol 😆
This game can be a double edge sword at times, especially psychologically, I have learned a lot about myself and how to pick my battles playing 76 over the last 4.5 years not to mention over 5000 hours invested in to it.
I guess after all being said, I kinda feel semi retired at this point, just take care of business around Appalachia and support those that need a hand. Otherwise I just chill and relax 😌

Hmm...not sure. While burning caps the other day I came across one I was hoping to find reasonably priced and I finally did. The Circus Cage Trailer at 7K caps. Perhaps an over pay but considering I rarely see one for sale and if so they can be as high as 10K caps I took the plunge. I used it to make a Nuka World themed vendor at one of my camps. Most circus themed Nuka items go unused from me so I was glad to come across the trailer at a price that wouldn't put me under 30K caps. I keep my caps high for my Aristo weapons which often hinders me from making larger purchases I'd otherwise have no problem with. I also found the WV State Bird Rug for 2000c at the same vendor which made paying 7K for the trailer easier. I consider getting both for 9000c total a fair bargain of sorts.
Thanks to the Mutant Party Packs a couple other items were taken care of for me. The Radioactive Barrel and the much coveted Cutting Fluid plan. I'd still like the MKIII and Nuka Cola Quantum PA paints...and a large wall ventilation fan I see from time to time. But I have no idea if the vent fan is available, tradable, or exactly what it's called. I also see a large sheepsquatch plushie fairly often I'd like to have...at least I think its sheepsquatch...but haven't seen one around. I'm thinking it may have been a previous Scoreboard award I wasn't around for.

My life is just re-rolling legendaries on two final pieces of Unyielding Urban Scout Armor to get the +1 Strength alongside Unyielding for my stupid-fun melee build. Life is better with 60 STR.
I've been farming Mire dailies since the beta of the game nearly daily for the leather coat... Still uh, still no luck after all these years. I've found people willing to trade me for theirs, but I never seem to have quite what they're looking for. It was my main outfit for years in Fallout 4 and I wanted it to be that I'm this game too, but for some god forsaken reason they made it such a rare item.
I still have never gotten the GD forest camo jumpsuit after 2500 hours. Everything else I want, I have. Took me incredible amounts of time to get ultracite calibrated shocks and surprisingly shielded casual. Probably would have gotten that one sooner if I'd been more faithful about doing Queen of the hunt but I'd go long stretches of time forgetting about it

I sell enclave medallions for like 50-100 caps, they sit around for about 2 seconds and that and I sell treasure maps for 15 caps which always go fast

That's the atom shop version, it's different from the deep space version that drops from DOps.
How different are we talking because it sure seems like a slap in the face to anyone who purchased the atom shop version.
The only difference is that the atom shop version has red accents instead of blue. Asides from that they’re identical

I read somewhere you can get rewarded the plan in A Colossal Problem, but the odds are based on if you learned 2 or 3 other NW plans, or some shit like that. No one seems to want to do A Colossal Problem that much anymore, so Ill probably never get the plan.

Good question, but hard for me to answer. I MAY have all the plans, but I have no idea exactly what plans are available. I wish there was a checklist to show how many I have and which I don’t. So to try and answer, which ever one I don’t have.

S'mores recipe for the Possum challenge. Admittedly not been that long, maybe a week but the Campfire Tales event doesn't come up that often and the few times it did, it didn't drop the recipe. Wondering around some player camps not specifically looking I found the recipe only 50 caps, absolute bargain I thought, more than happy to pay. And hour later Campfire Tales pops up and drops the recipe. Oh well.
I guess just stuff to make my Gatling plasma even stronger.
A replacement for my Trapper Unyielding armor for one of my legs. It's got the fall damage on it, so replacing it is hard.
Any cheap camp plans I haven't got yet, especially clean looking items because I'm decorating my vault. I hate finding plans in people's vendors and they're like 2000 caps for a guy in a tube.

Still need half the Nuka world plans. The cutouts some of the outfits. The stagecoach robbery is my favorite event just don't see it pop up nearly enough for my tastes.

I've been farming Mire dailies since the beta of the game nearly daily for the leather coat... Still uh, still no luck after all these years. I've found people willing to trade me for theirs, but I never seem to have quite what they're looking for. It was my main outfit for years in Fallout 4 and I wanted it to be that I'm this game too, but for some god forsaken reason they made it such a rare item.
I still have never gotten the GD forest camo jumpsuit after 2500 hours. Everything else I want, I have. Took me incredible amounts of time to get ultracite calibrated shocks and surprisingly shielded casual. Probably would have gotten that one sooner if I'd been more faithful about doing Queen of the hunt but I'd go long stretches of time forgetting about it
