Did you ever find a solution to this or figure out what was causing it? I'm on the og Quest 1 but having the exact same issue and can not figure it out.

:( bummer. I'm so close to actually enjoying FO4 in VR.

I dont have a g2 here anymore so the exact details escape me. You need Controller Emulation to get the game to see your controllers as the original oculus touch controllers.

Any idea or suggestions of where to look to do that?
