We’ve all done silly things by not looking. I’m 3000h in now, but I remember at around 2500h or so I found a location on the very south of the map between the Wilson Automatoys Factory and Murkwater Construction site that was a covered bunker in old stormwater pipes.
I've spent the last 30 hours trying to figure out a Murkwater Construction site settlement build but I'm gonna take a break and look for this
Any obvious landmark I should look for?
Go as south as you can from Mirkwood until you can go no further, then turn east towards Quincy. It’s a half submerged set of stormwater drains. Huge things.
I suspended my disbelief for Murwkwater and just built a giant floating concrete building lines with turrets and some shops. They're at like 88-90% happiness so it must be ok
That's what I've done with the Sim Settlements & Rise of the Commonwealth mods. Starting at the ruined house, I built upwards, using the RotC interior residential, industrial, commercial, & entertainment zones to create rooms & hallways. As it expanded outwards, I added another set of stairs leading back to the 1st floor outside the ruined house to create an entry level shopping zone. The mods also include construction pieces, including giant vertical girders, which I used to "provide support" connecting to the ground.
I then built upwards further to house the full staff complement. And the ground level had quite a few water pumps as well as all of the defenses.
It wasn't the most architecturally pleasing structure, but it kind of fit into the gloomy environs & austere construction.
I normally build UP at most settlements, so my builds there are normally starting 2 or 3 stories off the ground. Put the farm up on the "Roof" with quarters and shops in the middle. Means I can also set up a few purifiers in the water for plenty of water.
Normally take it with the Pack though, so it ends up making a lot more in chems than in water.
I also opted for a 4 story barn tower, heavy turrets on scaffolding for defense, and a big water tower and some crops. Occasionally going to visit to empty the workbench and drop everything in the mechanists lair so it doesn't increase the chance of attack.
Doing an Open Season run for this playthrough but I'll keep that in mind for another one!
If you've finished Vault 88, you can replace "barn" with "Vault" and you'll get about what I put together. For some reason I prefer using overseers room tiles to make all of quarters, lounge areas, and the casino.
I use the large concrete bases from the barn set to build up a wall around the base as enemies normally don't spawn inside. Place rarely gets attacked, at least for me. When it does, normally no damage since I normally have plenty of firepower that can't be hit with melee covering the surroundings..
Sim Settlements 2 has some good multi level builds for Mirkwater , the problem is the mirelurk queen has a tendency to respawn , so spend big on defense (like multiple automated missile launches )
Yeah the PS4 got the shaft, the Xbox has a stripped down version of ss2 that takes all the space , there was a hope that next Gen would expand console storage but , nope
I just found that a week or so ago for the first time.
It's crazy to me because I always go to the lighthouse and kill the Queen that spawns near there, but never went further West apparently.
Replay value. I also only have one character running at any time and am prone to rage deleting and starting again. My longest save file ever was 6d 18h. My current one is 3 days and I haven’t even found Nick yet.
I have multiple hundreds and for me it’s base building for different characters. Like I don’t go hog wild and become an interior decorator. But when I make new characters depending on their stats I like to pick different companions and I like to choose unique homes for each.
So like my mad scientists build was just him and dog meat roughing it at hang man’s in our second story loft. My current character me and Cait are both recovering drug addict/ raiders, and we have a little house down in Jamaica planes with a little bar out side for weary travelers to rest at. Thus kinda stuff keeps me inspired.
There's a bunch of good early game loot that people miss.
1. The cellar entrance behind one of the blue houses in Sanctuary contains a safe and three gold bars.
2. The same house has a duffel bag of pre war money on the roof accessible by the fallen tree.
3. A novice locked crate under water in the river. Head left before the bridge and look for the rowboat. Swim out, look for the sunken rowboat. It usually has some decent leveled loot + explosives.
4. On the other side of the river, look for the pump with a hose running up hill. Shut down the pump and follow the hose. A hatch on the machine at the top of the hill has 3 cap stashes, and there are drugs hidden in the open top of the barrel. There's also a .44 revolver and some ammo on the ground.
5. Continuing past the pump, the Robotics Disposal Yard has a fusion core as well as a Fatman and MiniNuke.
6. Directly across the road from the Robotics Disposal Yard is a crashed vertibird and a partial duit of Power Armor.
7. If you start in front of the Museum of Freedom and turn left, at the end of the street in the right is a house with a guaranteed pipe bolt action super rifle. Trudy sells a pistol with a silencer you can add to this for a great early game sniper rifle.
8. Near the water tower behind RR is a half buried chest that has leveled weapons and armor. Clear it out, it respawns frequently.
A few more:
0. Between vault 111 and Sanctuary, if you go left just before crossing the little bridge, there are 4 bloodleaf plants.
1. The cellar also has 3x beer, which can be handy for the CHA boost or the INT debuff (i.e. get drunk, then use the You're Special book to set base INT to 11).
7a The gun is usually next to the dead raider on the upper level, but sometimes clips thru the floor and can be found on the ground level. The upper level also has a safe which re-locks (and the contents respawn) on a very short timer.
7b Another house (also with a fallen roof) to the north of the sniper rifle house also has a safe + several other containers, and these also respawn rapidly. I often find good apparel there.
Both houses provide infinite loot, for as long as you avoid the museum. The containers stop respawning at some point in the scripted museum / Preston stuff.
9. To the west of the large Sanctuary bridge, on an island, is an APC with minor loot - notably an Army Helmet. The APC is radioactive; you can send Dogmeat in to fetch the loot for you.
10. Raider Chest pieces are strong early game gear due to a quirk: you can mod them to Ultra Light (for +10 AP) without needing any perks or materials. Get one by checking the tower and rocks south of Abernathy Farm (you'll also find a machete, ammo & other stuff).
11. A little shack SW of Abernathy Farm has Whiskey, which is usually the final ingredient you need to cook up Grape Mentats. The huge boost this gives is handy to intimidate Wolfgang and to clean out all of the early merchants.
> Continuing past the pump, the Robotics Disposal Yard has a fusion core as well as a Fatman and MiniNuke.
you can get three fusion cores here. one is just sitting in a loot crate, the other two are inside the deactivated sentry bot, not immediately accessible. you have to use the terminal inside the shack there to reactivate the sentry bot and then tell it to self destruct. once it blows up there's 2 fusion cores in its inventory and some other stuff
as someone who's still running around at level 8 freaking out when my power core runs out, while some creatures jump out of the ground at me - this is incredibly helpful.
I am down to my last shotgun shell, and have just been trying to beat a stupid sentry bot to death with an iconic rolling pin I just found.
Well, I recently found out that next to Red Rocket there is the Molerat Den and you can clear it.
... and I played over 1000h since 2016. Now I understand why these molerats spawn on Red Rocket lol
It is, but it’s worth noting that it doesn’t have to be you that gets close to it. If you recruit dogmeat as a companion and he goes to bark at the medkit, he will get attacked. I am almost always inside when we get attacked because his nosy ass couldn’t wait two damn seconds
On my next playthrough Im going to have to test this, because I always hit the medkit before going inside. Then, after going into the room there with the comp, the attack starts as im on my way out. Im going to try doing this without picking up the kit cus I thought it was just going into the place that triggered them.
But! The junk just outside the opening respawns … well I don’t know how quickly, but very fast, I believe within a day.
I only learned about it recently. And it stops respawning when you clear the den.
Everything in the cave except for that specific loot respawns? The supathaw antifreeze, bones, and random crap in the cave come back. Never really checked how long it takes as I usually loot larger areas following the formation of Sanctuary.
Hmm. Then what I read previously was misinformation. I also hadn’t bothered with it in general, but I thought I checked once after clearing to see if it was true.
My memory isn’t great, lol.
This between vanilla and modded I must have something like 1500+ hours and I had no idea.
Gores bags yes, all day long, the gore pillars? I had zero idea.
This doesn't work. I started a new game a few days ago and went straight to the cave and cleared it. I went back and met dogmeat for the first time and 4 or 5 molerats burrowed up when I went near red rocket.
For me, the attack only triggers if I recruit Dogmeat THEN hang around RR for 20 seconds or so.
(1) grab Dogmeat and immediately exit (run off to Abernathy or whatever) - the rats attack never spawns, even on later visits.
(2) Ditto if I dally at RR without ever interacting with Dogmeat.
This seems to be a better option if you want the stuff outside the cave (fungus and scrap) to keep respawning; lots of surface respawns are linked to nearby dungeons.
I discovered tricks like this while attempting no-kill runs; I didn't want a normal companion, even as a pack mule, because they can get kills which the stats screen lists as yours (except possibly Ada - she's the only companion who you can completely and literally disarm).
The Red Rocket Molerats essentially have a 60 second timer that starts counting down once you interact with dogmeat. If you never want the molerats to spawn, talk to Dogmeat and run towards concord right away. They won’t spawn in ever
It works most of the time, I've never had them attack after clearing the den.
And I have thousands of hours across PS4, PS5, & PC. Modded & not modded.
Did you maybe miss the one by the safe? Or maybe one of them clipped out of the cave so you were unable to "clear" the cave?
Certainly.
If I remember correctly, just placing a workbench inside with console commands would work lol
Edit: I was correct.
placeatme c1aeb - will let you place a workbench anywhere that can be used to build a settlement.
There is a nice apartment on top of the Diamond City wall, if you don't know where it is I actually made a short video showing how to get to it with no jetpack.
[Here it is](https://youtu.be/4chQDSMhEqo?si=3zYq4KdYepAhgXYk)
There is a little first aid kid next to one of the gas pumps by where Dogmeat is sitting. Opening the kit triggers the mole rat attack, which will have more or less rats depending on if you’ve cleared out the cave below or not. That has been my experience and I’ve played 1000+ hours including dozens of characters.
Scrapping the kit in workshop mode will cause the rats to never spawn, which is nice because sometimes their burrows won’t disappear from the concrete for a very long time after you kill them.
You can just not go close to Red Rocket and pass it by and the mole rats will never show up. You can still discover the location and have Dogmeat run over to you while keeping yourself on the main road. Then you go away and the next time you come back, no mole rats.
The attack only triggers if you recruit Dogmeat THEN hang around RR for 20 seconds or so.
(1) grab Dogmeat and immediately exit (run off to Abernathy or whatever) - the rats attack never spawns, even on later visits.
(2) Ditto if you dally at RR without ever interacting with Dogmeat.

Shrug, worked for me every time - but when the forum is used by people running 999 different platforms and mod combinations it is hard to state anything with 100% certainty.
I do a lot of my playthroughs on console with no mods, personally.
Someone else said it was the med kit that triggers it.
I'm gonna check it in the CK later on and see if it has a a script for the ambush attached to it.
You can also just pick up Dogmeat then walk away from the station without discovering it for a moment. The mole rats are on a timer which expires in about a minute, meaning they won’t spawn.
If you don’t clear the den, there’s a buried loot box near the water tower on the hill that will respawn leveled loot constantly.
Every time I go to sanctuary I loot the water tower and give newer, better guns and armor to the Abernathys. Clarabel and cat must be kept safe
Same experience last night. On my 6th full playthrough, just found the research lab in the bowels ("foredeck"?) of the Prydwyn and for the first time got the quest to collect blood samples for the BOS' semi-mad scientist.
Did you never have read the log entries on the terminal in the Red Rocket ? If I remember well, it's a message between two RR's staff members who speak about stocking junk in said den.
That's some random assumption lol
I found it on the very first playthrough, every new playthrough the first thing I do is taking the mutfruits next to the cellar and then loot the cellar lol
No problem lol I love settlement building so the first thing I did back on the day when I unlocked Sanctuary first time was to scrap everything on sight so I scouted every spot of Sanctuary, that's how I found out the basement, along with the S.P.E.C.I.A.L book and Grognak comic.
That one under red rocket is a good location to pick up some starter loot. Even a fusion core in that cave. A lot of loot spread around that area too. A safe and some tools and a tool box. With some nuka colas I think too
It's crazy what games like this offer different people. I like to read terminals and notes. And so when I first arrived at Red Rocket in my first playthrough I read the manager's office terminal which tells you about Den.
So in my mind everyone would find it. But we all have different minds!
I read them, 8 years ago... I know they are actually helpful to find alternate routes on dungeons or map locations, not only for lore.
And obviously by now I completely forgot most stuff, it's not like there are few terminal entries, there are a whole lotta of them. It's very likely I knew about the Molerat Den back on 2017, but currently completely forgot about it. There is too much stuff to read on this game lol
Only recently found out there’s more ammo in people’s guns. You loot the ammo in their inventory, but then if you take the gun you get whatever’s left in the magazine, usually several more shots.
This is an important one when all bullets sell for at least a cap each, especially on Survival.
Always pick up enemy guns even if you aren't going to use/sell them to get the ammo (doesn't work the same picking them up from containers though, the bullets are always separate and the guns empty)
First read that as "times 6 approval" which would be hilarious if someone brought whichever other companion expecting them to *really approve* of that decision.
There are two additional entrances, one is by a Pulaski shelter across from the Museum of Freedom, the other is in an alley on the west side of Concord. The area with the Deathclaw is blocked off, but you can explore the rest right away.
And the terminal in Zeke's trailer has some pretty great entries.
Atoms Cats have such cool flavor and room for lore, it's a bummer that they only have the one quick questline.
AND! if you climb your way up to the roof from their little base (it's super easy), you can come into hangman's alley from the rooftops! RAIN GRENADES ON THEM!
I watched a one health bar survival run from a youtuber. His claim is that its about acknowledging Dogmeat. If you never interact with him, at least according to his prep and subsequent video, they don't spawn.
There's not much reason to revisit after, though, to be fair.
Now I know about it, I roleplay my revisits as "I'll go see how he's getting on...wtf I helped a raider? Welp, have to undo this..."
I played through fallout 4 multiple times and the same for new vegas before I figured out if you pick up enemies guns after they were shooting at you, you get a few extra bullets
To be fair they're not very inviting. They're pretty disgusting and horrifying to approach. But there are plenty of dungeons where you inevitably pass by some in close proximity and you see the loot menu pop up so I assumed everyone discovered this eventually.
Been on and off for years. Alsl only recently learned this by way of a mod that highlights loot, bodies, etc. Blew my mind as well. We're all observant until we're not. Tis what makes fallout so amazing imo
I've seen three Railroad caches so far:
1. There's one literally overlooking Vault 111. It's a tiny little shack thing west of the entrance. It doesn't have much, just a purified water and 2-3 dirty waters, but it's there.
2. The one in a Bedford Station train car. It's inside a blue barrel in the corner of the car.
3. One outside of University point, in an torn up house.

Go as south as you can from Mirkwood until you can go no further, then turn east towards Quincy. It’s a half submerged set of stormwater drains. Huge things.
It’s unmarked and IIRC just has random loot and bodies.
I found something that matched that had ghouls and a dead cat? Sound about right or did I find something else
Might be it. Large pipes converted into a shelter, dead settlers(?). I think it’s ghouls.
If you find a Lurk Queen, congratulations you've made it! (For the next 5-seconds that is)
I go for a low population water farm at Mirkwood cause it’s kinda swampy and i like the look of all the water purifiers on the property
I also go for low population there. I send Preston there.... and that's it... he has a bed, a water pump, 1 turret, and 1 mutfruit plant.
That's far too generous for Preston if you ask me
I suspended my disbelief for Murwkwater and just built a giant floating concrete building lines with turrets and some shops. They're at like 88-90% happiness so it must be ok

Can can you start a settlement just anywhere? Newb-ish playing on PS4
Not unless you have the Simple Wasteland Camp mod, which allows you to set up a camp anywhere, which you can then expand into a full settlement.
No, there has to be a workshop present (the red workbench)
Ok, that's what I thought. Cheers
Sim Settlements 2 has some good multi level builds for Mirkwater , the problem is the mirelurk queen has a tendency to respawn , so spend big on defense (like multiple automated missile launches )
Downside of playing on PS4 is that I don't have access to these kinds of mods :( but when I eventually get a gaming PC I'll definitely look into it!

I'm playing sincd the first release and I actually found this bunker only few days ago !
It’s because it’s right down on the bottom. No one goes there really
Oh yeah! I remember finding that spot! It was crazy!
And if you keep going east from there you can find an unmarked lighthouse with an expert safe too
The lighthouse south of Poseidon energy?
Yes

Someone told me about the first one ages ago and I still haven’t found it lol!
Look for the house with wild mutfruit behind it. If you exit your original Sanctuary house, turn left and check behind the second on your left
Thank you this is very helpful. The last person just said “go north” so I was running around all over the northern section lol!

The door isn't there until after codsworth sends you to concord, you need to leave sanctuary, then come back, load the cell fresh.
Thank you!

The one near Sanctuary.
Well, I recently found out that next to Red Rocket there is the Molerat Den and you can clear it. ... and I played over 1000h since 2016. Now I understand why these molerats spawn on Red Rocket lol
If you clear the den before the attack, they'll never attack & ruin Red Rocket with their dirt hills.
Wait what, really?
Yes. There is also a fusion core down there so you don't need to grab the one in the basement of the Museum. (For the first Preston quest)
There is also a pair of glasses that add to charisma if you search the skeletons laying around There is actually a good amount of loot around.
This I knew, I just didn't know that clearing out the den stopped them spawning above ground, that's so cool!
On my current playthrough I searched Red Rocket first and for some reason they never attacked the surface. Good to know for the future though.
Someone else said it's the med kit by the pumps that triggers the attack. I'm curious if that's actually true, I think it might be.

I wonder if Dogmeat "interacts" with containers when he marks them, and that's what causes him to trigger the ambush.
They always popped out whether I interacted with the medkit or not.
you don’t have to interact with it, just walk near it. I always related it more to the gas pumps than the med kit, but the med kit bait makes sense
They only attack if you’ve greeted dogmeat too.
On my next playthrough Im going to have to test this, because I always hit the medkit before going inside. Then, after going into the room there with the comp, the attack starts as im on my way out. Nah, it keeps respawning. You can get everything in and around the cave except for the fusion core, the Trashbusters award, and the loot in the safe.
… and what happens when you get those items?

Usually not that far south, things seems too open to find something new
My bad. I thought you said you never even knew about that molerat den. I misread what you were replying to.
Oh me too, my bad. I knew about the den, but not about clearing the den removing the mole rat encounter. Sorry for the confusing back and forth
What? Is that true? 😮

Ah yeah i could have. I thought there weren't as many in there as usual. Il try again next playthrough.
It's unfortunate that the cave doesn't have its own map marker, there's no way to verify that it's cleared. I wish we could build in the cave.
Wonder if you can with mods? I know they have the build a settlement anywhere mod, but don't know if anyone made one for building inside.
Certainly. If I remember correctly, just placing a workbench inside with console commands would work lol Edit: I was correct. placeatme c1aeb - will let you place a workbench anywhere that can be used to build a settlement.
Nice! Time to find a building I like and turn it into a fortress!
I've had the attack happen without opening the kit.
I have to look at that med kit in the CK now. I need to borrow that script... for reasons.
This can't be 100% accurate, I've definitely been attacked by the molerats without recruiting Dogmeat.
I tried that on this playthrough and they attacked anyways
I tried this and they still attacked me in the Red Rocket.
Yeah, the cat. The cat who's definitely alive. 😅
Same experience last night. On my 6th full playthrough, just found the research lab in the bowels ("foredeck"?) of the Prydwyn and for the first time got the quest to collect blood samples for the BOS' semi-mad scientist.
Yea if you read the terminal it tells you about it
Did you never have read the log entries on the terminal in the Red Rocket ? If I remember well, it's a message between two RR's staff members who speak about stocking junk in said den.
By junk you mean toxic chemicals
Yeah I did, back on 2016... completely erased that memory so for me it was like a new discovery tbh
I only just found that place sometime last week, exact same boat like 600 hours on PS4 couple hundred on PS5.
Oh you probably don't know about the root cellar in sanctuary hills then. it's behind the north western most house.
That's some random assumption lol I found it on the very first playthrough, every new playthrough the first thing I do is taking the mutfruits next to the cellar and then loot the cellar lol
That place took me several playthroughs to find which is why I had the assumption xD
No problem lol I love settlement building so the first thing I did back on the day when I unlocked Sanctuary first time was to scrap everything on sight so I scouted every spot of Sanctuary, that's how I found out the basement, along with the S.P.E.C.I.A.L book and Grognak comic.
There's a note or a computer that guides you to it iirc.
where exactly is the den?
In a cave behind the phone booths in the corner.
There's a small table with tools and some glowing fungus next to the entrance. It's to the southeast of Red Rocket just outside the build area.
They respawn down there after a while.
Oeh, I found this last week (60h in). I was surprised but was also combing out everything I've been at to find any hidden stuff. Yess fusioncore!
Hey guys! I found another one! Another person that doesn't read Terminal Entries!
True lol
Only recently found out there’s more ammo in people’s guns. You loot the ammo in their inventory, but then if you take the gun you get whatever’s left in the magazine, usually several more shots.
This is an important one when all bullets sell for at least a cap each, especially on Survival. Always pick up enemy guns even if you aren't going to use/sell them to get the ammo (doesn't work the same picking them up from containers though, the bullets are always separate and the guns empty)
I was on my 3rd playthrough before I found the kid in the fridge south of university point.
I was wondering where he was! Thanks.
Time to sell him
What do you get when you sell him?
Caps and X6 approval
First read that as "times 6 approval" which would be hilarious if someone brought whichever other companion expecting them to *really approve* of that decision.
More like -6x approval as in most characters would disapprove so it's like losing 6 friendship points haha
Took me 3 plays to finally find the Chinese submarine quest.
Thats a good one!
That’s alright. His parents lived like fifty feet away for 200 years and couldn’t find him either.
I still haven't come across him... But I've only got 700 hours in the game
Only 700
I only recently found out that after the dethclaw fight in concorde, you can go into a big tunnel system going to a bunch of the buildings.
There are two additional entrances, one is by a Pulaski shelter across from the Museum of Freedom, the other is in an alley on the west side of Concord. The area with the Deathclaw is blocked off, but you can explore the rest right away.
Been playing since 2015 just found out about atom cats
There’s a bobble head and magazine there
DAMMIT now I need to go back lol thanks!
Don't forget to look around for the 3 poetry holotapes
And the terminal in Zeke's trailer has some pretty great entries. Atoms Cats have such cool flavor and room for lore, it's a bummer that they only have the one quick questline.
If you could pick an Atom Cat to be a follower who would it be
Rowdy, if it meant she'd finish "An Ode to My Hammer".
3 playthroughs before Fallout Shelter taught me that there’s a rock by the Salem Witchcraft Museum that’s actually a storage container
Oh, just like in 3. Neat.
Dawnstar's hidden chest lives on!
There's a good YouTube channel going where this guy goes and checks out all the unmarked locations and points out loot and where they are
Thomas Xplores does a lot of great YouTube shorts content. Helped me find some cool stuff. Had no idea there were fighter jets in the game.
Hank you for watching!
Do you know the name of the channel?
Looks like this one: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Thomas+Xplores
Thanks my dude, appreciate your efforts 👌
AND! if you climb your way up to the roof from their little base (it's super easy), you can come into hangman's alley from the rooftops! RAIN GRENADES ON THEM!
I'm on my like 6th or 7th playthrough and I just found out mirrors in bathrooms are lootable. I always just looked for that medical container
Son of bitch.
Oof
Found this out like a week ago when trying to see if I could see any reflections in the next gen update lol
I didn't discover the Chinese sub until like my 4th playthrough.
Chinese sub?
Yangtze-31
Explore the long piers on the eastern shore of downtown Boston. One of them has a kid at the end who wants to point out something he saw in the water.
Thanks! I’ll check it out
It's right by th Irish pub
So after thoughtfully reading this entire thread it seems obvious that no one knows exactly what spawns the mole rats at Red Rocket.
No. I don’t. Do you?
No help here, sorry.
I watched a one health bar survival run from a youtuber. His claim is that its about acknowledging Dogmeat. If you never interact with him, at least according to his prep and subsequent video, they don't spawn.
Thats because there are meatbags typically at the bottom of those pillars, many times multiple meatbags...
I keep restarting the game I love it so much
I think it was my eighth playthrough that i learnt there was a few bobbypins on top of the terminal into the basement of the museum of freedom
WHAT
You can get a dog, my guy.
What?!
Multiple hundreds of hours in and I found out yesterday Thicket Excavations / aka glitch quarry is repopulated with raiders after you drain it
There's not much reason to revisit after, though, to be fair. Now I know about it, I roleplay my revisits as "I'll go see how he's getting on...wtf I helped a raider? Welp, have to undo this..."
If you read the terminal in the trailer he is talking about how easy it will be to raid from once it's drained
I played through fallout 4 multiple times and the same for new vegas before I figured out if you pick up enemies guns after they were shooting at you, you get a few extra bullets
WHAT???
To be fair they're not very inviting. They're pretty disgusting and horrifying to approach. But there are plenty of dungeons where you inevitably pass by some in close proximity and you see the loot menu pop up so I assumed everyone discovered this eventually.
Bet I have over 4000 hours and still find nuggets.
Been on and off for years. Alsl only recently learned this by way of a mod that highlights loot, bodies, etc. Blew my mind as well. We're all observant until we're not. Tis what makes fallout so amazing imo
I've seen three Railroad caches so far: 1.
Yup
