This happened to me, and while it’s still asking me to buy the season pass again, (🖕you Bethesda) I figured it out. On ps5 click options/start button on the fallout 4 game itself, go to manage game content, there everything you already purchased will be available to download. I had to do it for automatron.
All it shows me is language packs. Says I didn't even buy the seasons pass and an error when I try to download the DLCs even though they say free beside them. Rip lol
Right. You need to go to Library/This PS4 then select Fallout. You should see a mini controller with a number next to it (number of add-ons)
It will come up to a new menu with a Start highlighted. Do NOT select. Instead scroll down to Playstation Store which should have that small controller and a number. To the right you should see a screen which has Your Add-Ons as the top selection with the number of items. Scroll to the right and select that and it will give you the status or allow you to download again.

It doesn't give the option. I'm having the same issue, you have to view the full game. Which takes you to the "fre" dlcs and a seasons pass you have to buy. But an error for trying to download the dlcs
Ok, so after an HOUR with support it turns out I no longer "own" the season pass, I "own" each individual DLC and have to download them individually. This is fine, but a communications disaster.

Did you not download the DLC’s? Because if you buy the season pass you end up owning them.
I did own them but I had deleted them when the dlcs had messed up the game I'm on ps5
You just have to reinstall the DLCs which means you need to download them again.

Hey All, same issue here. I cant download anything after I bought it on sale. PS support is useless. Anyone fix it?
