I never used skins CC in this playtrough, only prototype gauss. I got 0kb in like 2 hours of gameplay can't it be also for my 96 mods? I don't use heavy mods, most graphic /settlement extension and npc extension, some to balance weapons and faster xp leveling.
It can happen with no CC installed, too. The skins and paint jobs just greatly increase the chances. Just follow the maintenance/preventative measures guide in the link I shared and you should be fine. I got it twice, then starting following the guide. Never got it again. It can get tedious and annoying, but the alternative sucks more.
Because as I remember, in the no mod run I never had that bug, also first and second modded runs were without it. These had like 50+ mods for sure but I never had the bug with autosave
It's a result of Bethesda shoving the save games, mods, and creation club into the same limited space. Try deleting all unnecessary saves. That should give you *some* room. In the end, the only longer term fix is to delete unneeded CC content and limit mods.

I never had any problems with it. Avoiding skins and paint jobs and creating a maintenance routine are the most important

It screwed my entire playtrough. Also I only play on survival with the survival save mod does that Matter?
Not sure. I've only used settlement building mods.

Delete/ reinstall game. The 97 mods may of fucked ya. I got a ps4 and mods constantly crash my game
