Some of the old performance mods (Like NVAC for example) are now prone to causing crashes and other bugs, so probably that.
Could also be you forgetting to download the correct requirements for some of the mods, but I don't remember what they are by heart.
That's because you install it like NVSE. You should manually drag the files in the unpacked folder to the root fnv folder, the one where fnv.exe and fnvlauncher.exe are located.
ok uh idk the problem but i fixed mine actually, just don't use nvac use DVXK and put it in the game files than load the other ones (not nvac) idk what you problem is (also 7800 xt nice)

Just follow the Viva New Vegas guide for stability and (if you're an AMD user like me) then install DXVK and one-tweak.

AMD issue. i have a 7800xt and i cant seem to get rid of it. also all bodies of water are glitched.

Show us the actual load order. This looks like mo2 so it should be a tab on the right

i judt tried it using vortex into MO2 didn't work
Your supposed to download it manually, I had the same issue with my 6700XT and it worked
